Only thing was staff was very slow and didn’t bother to do their job quick. The children’s beds didn’t have a mattress and had to sleep on something very hard on the bed. The bed sheets were stained and very dirty. In the bedroom with the double bed I sat on it and the legs of the bed snapped. We had to sleep slanted on one side as they were broken. The air conditioning didn’t really work. The Tv asked for a Samsung account to use it and when I would type my account it would restart the Tv.

The buildings close together were nice and the pools were very fun. The water slide was the best part! The breakfast,lunch and dinner was very nice and I enjoyed the kids play area at night.

The pool area could be smarter some of loungers broken. Bad behaviour from some kids on slide and no lifeguard or staff until much later. Timing re openings a bit late.

Very good family room. Big main bedroom bunk beds separate and kitchenette including hob and freezer and fridge. But only cups not cooking utensils. Very very clean. Towels for pool provided. Soft play area good for up to age 8. Breakfast good choice

The food was expensive at the restaurant compared to portions. I didn't like that the pools didn't have a kid friendly height and were very cold. I wanted a massage but there wasn't any that week too. Also they didn't provide any soap or sponge in the apartment for a 3 night start we had to buy everything.

I liked that they had good restaurants around and the staff was super nice.

If you want to use the kitchen, it is there but hardly any utensils, pans, pots etc. The hallways and reception is very dark and dated, but room however was much nicer. Not great beaches right by it, so if you don't have a car it is a little far out.

Clean room, pool is good although it is closed off with nearby buildings, different from what it looks in the photos. Roof top bar is fantastic and much more modern than the hotel. Jungle land was good, but very loud music. Room for 4 was good. Restaurants close by.

The breakfast was good, but it was disappointing that it wasn't a buffet breakfast. You stay at a hotel that includes breakfast FOR the buffet.

We chose to stay here solely for the kids club. I had read prior to coming that the club only opened in the evening, which I couldn't believe was true. But it indeed does only open in the evening which is very weird. Nonetheless, my daughter had a really good time there.

Access to the pool is awkward, you need a ticket from the front office to use it. Breakfast is ok but coffee is not included in the price. The AC in the room was ok but not very strong.

Staff not helpful, i always felt i need to excuse myself to even ask basic things or order anything at the bar. I was in the pool area and the bar staff was smoking outside, they looked at me Like Disturbed for ordering a beer. Only one elevator, always busy. Breakfast very poor, the coffee machine is terrible and squirt a coffee that is undrinkable, so you end up ordering one which the staff does it with a very uncomfortable face. Room was old and rundown.

Kids area was cool, entertaining available.

Breakfast have limited options, they do filling very slow. we reached 9:30 and by 9:45 looks like they have no intention to do refill. however we managed to get our stuff. bit away from Beach. way is under construction. no proper toiletries.

There is kitchen in the room but almost without utensils. Water slide worked 2 out of our 5 days stay. We booked this hotel mainly due to water slide for kids - thats big minus. Staff had lot of excuses to turn it on - broken/later and so on. We never had breakfast coffee from machine. One day - no coffee, second day - no water, third day - needs cleaning, etc. Even when we told them, they never fixed that. At least it was possible to order coffee from the bar. Pool area opens around 10am (its quite late), but hey - "around" means when ladies serving pool reception finish their coffee, so it was usually 10:10am and you wait like idiot in front of locked doors. Then you have to wait another 10-15 minutes before robotic pool cleaner finishes the job and so on. All the staff looked totally pissed off during the day and we were there in June, so before the season. I dont want to see them during the full season.

I would have appreciated complimentary coffee and water with breakfast. Juicy was also missing. Housekeeping needs to be improved, the shower cabin was not that clean and there were No toiletries available.

Quick check-in process. Very welcoming front desk staff and atmosphere. Our sea view family suite was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant offered good fish menu options and the waiter was professional. The breakfast was abundant and tasty with good alternatives for adults and kids too. The SPA & Pool facilities are exceptional. The indoor swimming pool was simply amazing. My son wouldn't get out of it once he tried it. We also tried a couple massage. The massage ladies were excellent.

The WiFi went out and I couldn’t pay for my massage that I had scheduled 4 days prior, on my last day of vacation. I showed up, it didn’t work, the wifi came on less than 10 min later. I went back and they had given my spot away. A fancy hotel like this should have a backup plan. I was furious. I wanted to end my vacation with a nice massage and I didn’t get it. Put a bad end to my trip.

It was a very nice room. Driving distance to Vlore. No beach close by due to construction.
