How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Verified reviewThe buildings close together were nice and the pools were very fun. The water slide was the best part! The breakfast,lunch and dinner was very nice and I enjoyed the kids play area at night.
Only thing was staff was very slow and didn’t bother to do their job quick. The children’s beds didn’t have a mattress and had to sleep on something very hard on the bed. The bed sheets were stained and very dirty. In the bedroom with the double bed I sat on it and the legs of the bed snapped. We had to sleep slanted on one side as they were broken. The air conditioning didn’t really work. The Tv asked for a Samsung account to use it and when I would type my account it would restart the Tv.

Verified reviewVery good family room. Big main bedroom bunk beds separate and kitchenette including hob and freezer and fridge. But only cups not cooking utensils. Very very clean. Towels for pool provided. Soft play area good for up to age 8. Breakfast good choice
The pool area could be smarter some of loungers broken. Bad behaviour from some kids on slide and no lifeguard or staff until much later. Timing re openings a bit late.

The food was expensive at the restaurant compared to portions. I didn't like that the pools didn't have a kid friendly height and were very cold. I wanted a massage but there wasn't any that week too. Also they didn't provide any soap or sponge in the apartment for a 3 night start we had to buy everything.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I paid a large amount of money for my vacation, and my booking was until the 7th. However, I had to leave on the 5th, and when I informed the hotel, they told me they wouldn’t refund anything due to their policy — even though the cancellation and refund policy mentioned during the booking was different. Also, my booking included a bottle of champagne or wine and water, but none of these were provided in the room. The kids' water slide at the pool wasn’t working for the first few days, and the breakfast was honestly the worst I’ve ever seen. For the amount of money I paid, the quality was unacceptable — my kids couldn’t eat anything from that breakfast. The hot water in the bathroom would run out after one person took a shower, which made things really inconvenient. On top of that, the electricity went out the night before I was checking out. During checkout, they started asking how many towels were in the room, as if I was trying to take them with me! That was very uncomfortable, especially since I was leaving to travel that same day. Usually, there are 2 large and 2 small towels in hotel rooms, but they claimed there were 3 large and 3 small towels — which they never actually provided. I found it quite embarrassing and inappropriate to be questioned like that. Most of the staff barely spoke English — only a few words here and there — which made communication difficult. Even basic amenities like shampoo were only provided every other day. One more thing — no one even asked how my stay was or if there was anything that bothered me. At checkout, the staff member just said “OK” and that was it. No interest in feedback or guest satisfaction at all. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. I rate this hotel a zero and would not recommend it to.

Verified reviewGood room size, good pool both indoor and outdoor, gym equipment was alright. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. You have to request juice at the bar every time, there is no machine or anything. Tea cost money too!! Free parking
The staff were very rude in the beginning, but after a discussion they became more friendly. Reception size is very small and you feel it’s a small 2 star hotel from the reception. Rooftop bar music is extremely loud, you cannot talk or hear yourself at the bar and they think it’s a nightclub. Many of images of the hotel on booking.com dosent really live up to reality. In general the staff is very hard to work with, they are not flexible

Verified reviewNOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. It’s horrible and scamming. I paid €164.43 for a night and the room worth only €46. No balcony , not a nice view only construction on new buildings around. And the breakfast is 2 out of 10. Don’t get fooled by the name.

The breakfast is so poor. The coffe is awful. The sofa in the apartment was dirty and smells bad. Strong moldy smell in the bathrooms and in the apartment. There is a kitchen but there was no plates or pots or pans niether spoons or forks. The hot water for shower was not enough for 4 family member. It gets cold after one shower and you need to wait almost one or two hours till it warm up again. The swiming pool is good as well the slide. Though there was no life gaurd and it was missy and dangerous for the little kids. There were no enough sun beds at the pool. The bed sheets and blankets felt like nit clean. One blanket was with blood spots. The staff changed it immidietly

Verified reviewClean room, pool is good although it is closed off with nearby buildings, different from what it looks in the photos. Roof top bar is fantastic and much more modern than the hotel. Jungle land was good, but very loud music. Room for 4 was good. Restaurants close by.
If you want to use the kitchen, it is there but hardly any utensils, pans, pots etc. The hallways and reception is very dark and dated, but room however was much nicer. Not great beaches right by it, so if you don't have a car it is a little far out.

Verified reviewWe chose to stay here solely for the kids club. I had read prior to coming that the club only opened in the evening, which I couldn't believe was true. But it indeed does only open in the evening which is very weird. Nonetheless, my daughter had a really good time there.
The breakfast was good, but it was disappointing that it wasn't a buffet breakfast. You stay at a hotel that includes breakfast FOR the buffet.

Verified reviewI loved our room, it was perfect for our family , the sea view is definitely worth the upgrade so get that if you can. The food for breakfast is amazing. The Pool and the slide is a must. But wow jungle land is a whole reason by itself to go! The perfect place for any family with kids. My son had hours of fun. I also got to enjoy some very needed me time at the Spa! So luxurious and the massage was just amazing! Big plus they even have a very nice girl who speaks perfect french, coming from Montréal we really enjoyed that, as we are used to top tier hospitality which is not always easy to find in Europe. She made sure we had a pleasant stay. Thank you !
It was hard taking our son out of the Pool he enjoyed it too much. We will be back.

Access to the pool is awkward, you need a ticket from the front office to use it. Breakfast is ok but coffee is not included in the price. The AC in the room was ok but not very strong.
