Lovely hotel with even lovelier staff!

Staff was lovely and very caring. The breakfast was very comprehensive and of quality. We are early risers so would have preferred it to be served at 7,30 vs 8,30 but understand the effort it would take. The premises were very elegant and clean, parking useful and comfortable. the location is the right 5min walk away from chaos making it very peaceful. There is a mini-market right across the street and the first beach is at 350m, as are the first restaurants.

We were very happy so if we were to find something to suggest it would be to anticipate breakfast a bit for those who want to be on the go earlier. Likewise access to the pool can be extended in terms of timing - it is small and safe to use even early in morning or late in the evening and this would be a mega plus - swimming under the stars.

I booked this hotel for my parents and they had such a wonderful stay. The staff was absolutely amazing, so kind, attentive and always willing to help. The hotel itself was spotless, very clean and well maintained which made them feel really comfortable and at ease. Overall it was a great experience for them and I’m so glad I chose this place. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and clean hotel.

The The owner of the hotel was incredibly friendly! Very attentive and helpful – the hotel is a family-run business, and you can really tell that the customers are their top priority. Everything was very clean, and the pool was just excellent! I would recommend the hotel to everyone!

The room was spacious and fairly modern, offering comfort for a short stay. Breakfast was decent with a reasonable selection, and overall the facilities felt clean and new.

The hotel is overpriced for what it offers — in most parts of Europe, even in summer, this room would cost no more than €80. The bed is stiff, the walls are very thin so you can hear guests coming and going, and the pool is much smaller than it appears in photos. The shower design also allows water to spill onto the bathroom floor, which can be inconvenient.

The hotel was very nice, the staff are polite and nice people. The atmosphere in the rooms is nice and comfortable. The food is good.

Hotel Diol was the perfect retreat for us, set slightly apart from the bustling heart of Ksamil. We loved the peaceful evenings, free from the noise of bars. It was also super convenient, with an easy walk to nearby beaches and restaurants. The hotel itself felt quite new, and our room was spotless. Honestly, we had no complaints and truly enjoyed our stay!

Location good but no views, the beds and the amenities not great. The light connection poor and the worst internet, but the staff was very friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at Diol Hotel, the place is calm, super clean and exquisite, offering a proper buffer breakfast, they've got a bar where we enjoyed having drinks at night and literally had almost all the the cocktails we wanted. I also loved the beatful view of the Beach from the balcon of our room. There was Proper parking area, the hotel is close to the beach and they have a beautiful backyard swiiming pool. The Staff was nice and super welcoming, they helped us secure a boat cruise quite affordable than the one we had booked online. We loved every aspect of this place and can't wait to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Diol hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful which was the highlight of our stay. The location was great, and the pool area was the perfect place to relax after spending some time at the busy beaches.

Extremely welcoming staff, big thumbs up for their hospitality. Rooms are clean with lots of space. Breakfast is very tasty! Apsolutely would recommend.

Fantastic Accomodation… slightly outside the main area which was great and away from the loud music. Swimming pool and space was beautiful and a great place to relax after time at the beach. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great stay overrall… Walking distance 10-20 mins to beaches and town.

Shower space is a little small so bathroom gets very wet. Recommend changing shower head to stop the rest of the room getting wet. Nothing serious. Would book again and recommend to friends and family.

We loved everything, the place is clean and tidy, everything is located close to the promenade, walking distance, the staff there welcomed us amazingly and were amazing themselves! They helped us so much when we needed them, we felt right at home! Highly recommend

Ajit on reception was fantastic!!... Very courteous and helped us immensely with recommendations for meals and sightseeing in the area. A credit to your team. The room was great and very comfortable. Loved the pool too!
