Not in the greatest of locations to explore Tiranë but ok if you’re flying in/out. Music around the pool during the day is far too loud - spoilt it a bit - we had to get away from it.

Booked a room with a garden view but got one facing very busy road. Minor inconvenience was broken toilet flushing.

If you are bothered by sounds of construction kindly ask staff for a room on the opposite side of the highway as there currently is a buildingsite on the highway side.

Nice clean large rooms with soundproof windows and a private terrace. Close to highway and private parking. Close to airport. Nice pool area with a seperate narrow kids pool. Nice restaurant in hotell.

Curtains didn’t close fully. Pool closed for renovation. No non smoking section in the restaurant, inside or outside.

Room was fine and big, Had a mini fridge. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a big let down; cold, stale and not very much choices a complete disaster!

The hotel is about 15-20 mins from the airport. The room were good size and shower was really good. Staff greeted us well, we forgot some stuff and they kept it safe for us until we collected.

If the pool service is made available, a beach towel must also be made available to hotel guests in order to use the service. I was unable to use the swimming pool due to the absence of a towel even though I requested it at reception. In my opinion, this can be improved with little effort

There was constant beep from a broken door key card reader which could be heard throughout the entire hotel. It would have been impossible to sleep. Staff were unsure if it would be fixed that day or not. Also the air con was broken in the entire hotel and the room was reading 30.2 degrees. Again, impossible to sleep! We asked for our money back and left. We did not stay here. Staff were understanding however I feel we should have been informed before checking in and paying. This would have saved us having to be refunded! Also we arrived in a storm and the river which runs next to the hotel flooded and was producing a horrible smell of sewage so we couldn’t open balcony doors.

Property looked lovely and the rooms are nice. Pool area looks good.

We like everything about it. It was a very nice room, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We love it. Breakfast was good, the restaurant had good food. Hotel is not so far from the hotel and the city center is also nearby.

We were told breakfast was at 7:30 but it was at 8. We had to catch a flight at 10 so that wasn't super helpful

Bruna and other members of staff were lovely, welcoming and really helpful and accommodating. Food at the restaurant was quite good too and reasonably priced.
