I got the room with parking included but I got parking just for one day the other time i got ghosted by the staff for parking

Clean and cozy property

The room had a balcony I didnt see when i first booked. The staff was so sweet and helpfull

Its a new hotel, there was a little water leaking from the water tank on the floor, a little dirty in the corners, and all in all was the bathroom not completly done

I extended my stay in hotel. Places are primarily about people. In that case, even small shortcomings, if they exist at all, don’t matter. They do it well. Very cute place!

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect – right near lots of cozy cafes, little shops, the marina, and the lively boulevard. Even the beach was within walking distance. I’d say it’s about a 20-minute stroll, and a really nice one at that. We tend to walk fast, so we made it in just under 15 minutes. The owner was such a friendly guy and very helpful to all the guests! He even spoke some German, which was impressive. Our room had air conditioning, which was great on the warmer days. We didn’t have a balcony, but honestly, we didn’t miss it because we were out exploring most of the time anyway. The hotel itself is new, spotlessly clean, and the bed was super comfortable .. we slept like babies! It’s located on the 12th floor and has an elevator, which is a plus. Do note that the electricity in Albania occasionally cuts out. We experienced it just once during our stay, so it wasn’t a big deal. Another bonus: we could park right in front of the hotel. The spots seem to be reserved for hotel guests, which made things really convenient for us. We did have to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper once, but the staff sorted it out straight away. The room wasn’t cleaned during our three days, but honestly, we didn’t mind at all. All in all, we had a wonderful time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Maybe some more variation in breakfast will be better

The cleanliness of the entire hotel is pristine – spotless rooms, fresh linens, and a beautifully maintained environment that reflects true attention to detail. You can really tell they take great pride in keeping everything immaculate. Breakfast each morning was a real treat – It was the perfect way to start the day. A special mention must go to the owner, who went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcomed and comfortable. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, their hospitality made the stay feel even more personal and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and well-run place to stay, this is the one!

Everything was great!

Great location, you were on the main street in minute, although at night very silent. Got the parking just in front of hotel, it's on street, however under the tree so it has nice shade. Rooms are new and clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great price for quality. Eggs with vegetables and chocolate croissant for breakfast.

Toilette should have some lockers for stuff, and some hangers for hanging towels for showering, also water heater's power socket is dangerously exposed to water. Breakfast should be buffet.

The staff were extremely kind and professional throughout our stay. Their attention and willingness to help made everything easy and pleasant. Breakfast was varied and tasty, specially the croissant!!. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable ideal for a good night’s rest. Overall, a very good experience. I would definitely recommend it for both comfort and service.

Great stay at Eizhen Hotel! There’s a dedicated elevator for guests, the staff was available 24/7 and super helpful. The rooms were spacious and felt just like home. Very affordable with no hassle. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay with great standards!
