The food at the hotel restaurant is very bad and not diverse at all. Also the pool is very small and the location of the hotel is not a location where you can actually see beautiful beaches or places.

The rooftop pool is lovely and has a good view, but it is a little small. The private beach is so full of rows of sunbeds that you can barely see the sand. It's the same all the way along the beach.

The hotel is on a street full of restaurants and cafes, just a block from the beach where it has a beach bar and private beach. The hotel decor is gloriously kitsch (it's a new building). Staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful.

Has only one elevator and in the morning it is very busy. It has no minibar. Only the refrigerator.

Has a great private beach at 3 min away. A lot of restaurants in the area. Very clean. The triple room was very big. Breakfast is good but the same thing in 9 days.

the noise from the street is not for those with poor sleep and for those who want to go to bed earlier. air conditioners can be noisy, and the bathroom sometimes smells of sewage, so the ventilation must be turned on.

the staff is very friendly and smiling. it is one of the most visually beautiful hotels in the city and in a good location.the food is delicious, but for breakfast it's always the same

Breakfast was poor. Cardboard cornflakes. Asking for eggs (which when arrived were always cool or cold). Asking for bread. Asking for milk. Only used pool once because its too small for size of hotel. Not enough beds. Two coat hangers not enough. Cannot drink water so should really do compimentary water in room

The rooms were spacious, clean and overall very good. The hotels beach area was very nice with great friendly and attentive service ( well done Julia)Everything in general was good. Helpful friendly staff. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Am not being picky as this industry is new to Albania. Just think a few things could make a world of difference

No towels provided at the unheated rooftop pool & private beach area & if you dare take the ones from the room there's a 10 euro fine per person per day. From a 4 star hotel you'd expect better service. Pool bar was closed the entire stay but that's ok, at least provide some water though

good price for money, friendly staff, especially they made a birthday cake for my wife that was excellent. Rooms are large with a small terrace. Staff prepares a good coffee in the morning, no need to use the coffee machine!

I am not fussy but breakfast was bit boring as every day same thing which after 4-5 days didn’t taste as nice any more. Beach bar slightly misaligning on the website as it is 3 min walk cross the road and between buildings, sun beds cushions were not very nice and dirty, would benefit from good scrub.

Staff were very friendly, clean and nice decorated. We had few issues with the room but they were sorted in no time which was great. Pool area was great however bar not greatly equipped with drinks/ cocktails despite poster advertising them.

The bathrooms in the rooms need a renovation. It was. OK. In a couple of years they need to do something about it.

Staff was amazing. So friendly and they clean all the time. The asian ladies was amazing. The owner of this hotel is lucky to have this staff. Good location, Nice pool area. And the breakfast was good enough, tasted good. Eggs, pancakes etc. Toni pizza across the street was amazing

There were only 5 songs that were played over and over again at the pool.

We absolutely loved the rooftop pool, its proximity to local amenities and the beach, and all the beautiful palace ornaments that made for some amazing photos! Good breakfast and lovely stuff..
