I had booked one night before and one night after my trip to Valbona/Theth. However, the first night I got relocated to another place because there was some problem with the electricity in the room that I had booked. This was not a problem at all for me because that room was also nice and nearby and Niko the host communicated with me about it so I knew where I would go. I could also leave some of my luggage there during my hiking trip and Niko transported it for me to Enea  Room where it waited for me when I got back. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and the communication with Niko was good throughout and he even texted me to check if everything was ok, or if I needed anything.

The room felt spacious and comfortable. Access to a shared coffee machine. Perfect location in the centre. Niko was great and helped us book our travel to Valbone, organising someone to come pick us up from the apartment. The shared bathroom was kept clean and had access to a washing machine. He also held our luggage for 3 days at a very reasonable price. The area was fantastic. Shkoder ended up being one of our favourite cities in Albania.

Very comfortable and clean room to stay in. The location is fantastic for the centre of town and makes it easy to go out for food and drinks in the evening. Niki replied to messages really quickly and was great when our bus got delayed to change our check in time. Great value for money.

Shared bathrooms

The bed was very comfortable, everything was very clean and the room right next to the City Center. The owner was very friendly and extremly helpful.

This place is great, perfect location literally minutes away from all the popular bars, restaurants and cafes in Shkodra. The room is very clean, modern and comfortable. The bed, linen, pillow, everything is top quality. They have bathing robes too and slippers, coffee and water is provided at no cost. The owners are very nice and attentive - Very communicative and responsive ready to help. I enjoyed my stay here and will be back every time I visit Shkoder. Per the owners recommendation I ate the best breakfast at Cliche, it was absolutely delicious. If you like Albanian traditional food for dinner I recommend Sofra Shkodrane, very good experience. Will be back soon.

We liked everything.

The property was well located. We loved the apartment it was very clean and comfortable. The washing was a bonus for us. Niko the owner was helpful and always messaged to see if we were ok. I would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing about the property we didn’t like.

The room and (shared) bathroom were extremely clean. It was quiet at night even though the room was located in the center. The bed was comfortable and Niko (the host) was very friendly and helpful. He does not live at the property but headed over immediately whenever we needed him.

The location was excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to find and convenient for exploring. The room was clean, and the host gave us helpful suggestions on places to visit.

Fantastic location for a trip to Shkoder -- very close walk to the beautiful pedestrian streets lined with cafes and restaurants in the center of town. Niko the host was exceptionally responsive and frequently checked in to make sure I had what I needed. The room was very clean and exactly as pictured - perfectly comfortable. I enjoyed the coffee machine and water available. There are four apartment rooms that share two bathrooms. The bathrooms were nice, but I should note that they are shared and not in the room itself. The other guests were quiet and respectful.

Nothing

This is a newly renovated room is spotless Condition. Niko and his wife were very accommodating and offered help to me several times. Close to bus stop for onward travel and arrival. Coffee maker and kettle provided in common area. Dressing gown and slippers also provided. TV was a smart tv and worked well for Netflix etc. my room had a balcony. Shared bathroom worked well. 2 bathrooms to 4 rooms. I would stay here again. Everything was perfect. 👌

Centrally located, first floor, in an Old Town house, spotless clean and modern, two (shared) high quality bathrooms to choose from, fridge and complimentary coffee. Inside the building super-modern and well maintained (what - at first sight- you may not expect in this street). Meet and greet with your host (arrival time should be communicated beforehand), very friendly and attentive (English speaking).

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very clean and spacious too. The host was super friendly and replied within a few minutes. The whole stay was super comfortable and nothing was missing. I recommend you to stay here.

Hoteli ishte shumë i pastër dhe i qetë. Dhomat ishin të rehatshme dhe të mirëmbajtura. Stafi ishte shumë i sjellshëm dhe gjithmonë i gatshëm për të ndihmuar. Lokacioni ishte shumë i përshtatshëm, afër qendrës dhe vendeve interesante. E rekomandoj me gjithë zemër!

Excellent location, right behind City Hall, making it very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host was extremely helpful and always quick to respond. The only downside was that the room felt a bit cold, even with the AC running.
