Staff are always very helpful

Hot water wasn’t working properly in the morning I was having a shower

Was fine for one night, handy to have parking. The beds not so comfortable and there was an event near by with music blaring into the morning so we got no sleep. Breakfast was good

Location makes for loud surroundings and little sleep due to it!

Very friendly staff

Centrally located within Shkodër, this hotel was staffed by supportive personnel who assisted us with any issues or needs. The room was clean, organised and very tidy. Breakfast was nice and the options appealed to both of us. The decor was a lot of fun!

Excellent location and the owner was very nice and helpful. We could leave there our big luggages for our hikes to the mountains. We can back for one more night afterwards. Recommended.

Very clean, good facilities, big room, good location, underground parking

The location was perfect and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. On the first day we had a very early start and when a member of staff saw us leaving, brought us coffee and cakes even though we had not asked for anything.

Absolutely marvelous breakfast.

Perfectly centric. The room was “gigantic” and by this I mean we could have things all over, open suitcases and have plenty of room. Big bathroom, a really nice medium fridge, closet and aircon. Breakfast was great to start the date. You will be right next to the main pedestrian areas with restaurants and shops but chill.

The ramp from the basement parking proved to be a challenge fore our rental. Steep and curved.

Friendly and helpful owner. They waited for us despite the late hour. The room was clean. The shower has a curtain. Good air conditioning, shower gel, hairdryer, iron... Everything you need. View from the balcony of the city. Good wifi. Good breakfast. We parked in the garage under the hotel. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the main attractions. We drove to the castle by car. You can hear music from the street, but it ends by midnight.

The double bed is a little uncomfortable. When one person moves, the other feels it. Some shelves for cosmetics and an extra towel hanger in the bathroom would be welcome.

Hotel Epoka is a great choice for travelers seeking comfort, cleanliness, affordability, and a prime location in Shkodër.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel! What a great find, I can't believe we lucked out. The hotel lobby and courtyard are beautifully decorated, the room we stayed in (family room with balcony) was very large and spotlessly clean. Thank goodness there is free onsite parking because it is hard to find street parking in the area. The location can't be beat--across from a park with a small playground and one block from the beautiful pedestrian street with cafes, shops, and restaurants. The owner was so sweet and helpful. I would stay there again if traveling to Shkoder!
