Our stay at Orikum was absolutely fantastic! The accommodation was a hit – the rooms were very clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the balcony offered a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The location was perfect – close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to offer advice on what to see and do in the area - very well prepared with the answers! Always available! The atmosphere was so welcoming that we truly felt at home. A great place for both a peaceful getaway and exploring Albania. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and beautiful views. I will definitely be back! 🌊☀️

The elevator made strange noises, but this is not the apartments' fault. If you're not comfortable with elevators, using the stairs might be a better option.

The apartment was quite spacious and had a large balcony with a side sea view. Cleanliness was satisfactory, and the bed was very comfortable. It was equipped with the basic utensils and appliances needed for vacation days. The location was in a great area of the city, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and everything else needed. It also had quick access to both the main and the beach road (about 5 minutes by car or an 18-minute walk to the nearest beach). The host is helpful and responsive, always replying quickly to any requests or questions.

The elevator did a weird noise when we used it, so if you do not have kids, take the stairs.

The apartament was very spacious and clean. The host was very friendly and made us feel at home. He set up with the closest pharmacies, shops and public beaches.

WiFi connection was poor on the 6th floor where the apartment was and if you wanna use it normally you must go outside of the apartment in the hallway

The location is an apartment where breakfast and other meals we got by ourselves. The kitchen was good and functional. Markets are near where you can shop for your daily needs. The nearest beach is around 1km walk rest of them are accessible by car.

We stayed for just one Night. We were given a very friendly welcome and led to the apartment. The communication in English went better than with most Englishmen themselves. The accommodation was incredibly clean. The air conditioning worked. The kitchen offered everything to cook. A functional iron was available. The beds and sofas were very comfortable. The shower was very hygienic. If you have any questions about bars and cafés, we could be helped directly. The location is great. We were extremely satisfied for the price. Gladly agai!

The mattresses were a little hard for us.

The house is very clean and spacious. The best thing for us was the view from the balcony. We could enjoy the sunrise and the sunset from the spacious balcony. Also the location is very good if you want to directly go to the south from the bypass or even from Llogara Mountain. We will definitely come back.
