The hotel was amazing! Beyond the fact that its location is elevated and offers a stunning view, it is also super central and close to everything, including the castle. I must mention Kevin at the reception — we have never received such wonderful service! We arrived with a large car and many suitcases, and he helped us unload the luggage from the car, guided us to a nearby parking lot, and assisted us with everything from the smallest to the biggest detail, all with a huge smile. Don’t miss out on this hotel!

Location was perfect, right in the bazaar area & entrance to the steps to the castle. Hotel is new, rooms are exceedingly classy, great views & perfectly outfitted. The hotel bar out front was handy. United StatesI don't understand why a fine hotel like this has a shower that sprays water all over the bathroom. I don't like having to mop the floor after I shower. Please add a shower door.
The staff is wonderful. The nice lady at the front desk helped me retrieve my hat that I had left on an intercity bus. The waiters at the great buffet breakfast were very attentive. The hotel has an excellent location at the edge of old town. The view across the valley is very nice.

GreeceThe young man in the reception desk was exceptional! Very kind and helpful. He upgraded our room and he went above and beyond to reach me when I left the hotel without my phone. The breakfast was amazing, and of course the location is perfect. Although there is no parking space in the bazar, there's an underground parking lot very close to the hotel, that charges you about 4 euros for 24h a stay. I believe I'll try to book a room in this hotel every time I visit Gjirokaster from now on!
