One of our priorities is to provide a pleasant and welcoming experience for every guest, and we always strive to show care and availability. In your case, we informed your Albanian-speaking husband that if you needed anything during your stay, he could let us know at any time — we are always here to help. Regarding breakfast, we would like to clarify that there were no misunderstandings on our part. The booking clearly states that breakfast is not included in the price and that it must be requested in advance. This information is visible at the time of booking, so it is the guest’s responsibility to read the details before arrival. As for our location, we are located in one of the most historical areas of Durrës, just 300 meters before arriving at Vila e Zogut. The slight hill provides fresh air, a quiet environment, and private parking — all advantages for our guests. Despite the elevation, the city center and the seaside are still within quick and easy reach on foot. We must also mention that your behavior during your stay caused some disturbance. On both the check-in night and the following night, between 12:30 a.m. and 2:30 a.m at the night you and your husband repeatedly entered and exited the property multiple times. This unusual activity, especially during quiet night hours, may have disturbed other guests who were sleeping. We truly try to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, and this type of behavior made it difficult for us to do so. With all due respect, your stay was stressful for us, but we always aim to treat our guests with professionalism and care. Kind regards, Vila 3 Rooms

Regarding your comments about the location, we’d like to offer some clarification for future guests. Vila 3 Rooms is situated just 200 meters from Vila e Zogut, a well-known historical landmark on a small hill that offers beautiful views and attracts visitors from across the city. From our property, guests can easily reach the seaside area with its many restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, as well as the city center, the old town, the amphitheater, and other important cultural spots. Concerning your note about the lack of cafés, we would like to mention that our property has a veranda bar where you had coffee in the morning, and there is also another bar directly in front of the building. We’re sorry if this wasn’t clear during your stay. We understand that tastes in furniture and decor are personal , but that specific room presents a traditional style. Hello Mrs/Emily Thank you for being at Vila 3 Rooms and your review.We appreciate the kind words and critics from our guests in that way we can become better.The property is located 200 m before a famous landmark in Durres called Vila e Zogut and it is near the center and the part of seaside too,so we don’t exactly understand what do you mean with your comment about location.All the rooms are equipped with new clean sheets and towels and we double check it every time before clients make the check in so we can offer an comfortable stay to our guests.About the window blinds we can confidently say that are 100 percent functional but if you couldn’t turn it off you could ask for advice from the staff.Im sure that they would be happy to assist you in the very first moment.You asked for a late check in and were welcomed by a staff member that advised you that for anything you can have or need help you can tell us and we fix it right way.We wish you good luck and you are welcome again we would be happy to offer an pleasant stay.
