Lack of facilities in the room, for example no cups or plates. Ordered a coffee in the restaurant which never arrived.

It does have potential to be much better. The facilities could be better used, it has space for a nice restaurant and an amazing bar. Hope they are able to develop all these r potential.

I confess I was worried with this stay after reading the reviews, but it was all great. Pool is amazing, close to the beach, friendly staff.

To be honest I had nothing that I didn’t like

The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and had a luxurious feel throughout. I especially appreciated the high standard of cleanliness and the fresh, well-maintained environment. The location was also ideal—just a 5-minute walk to the sea, which made it easy to enjoy the beach daily. Although I didn’t choose any meal options at the hotel, I had food elsewhere, so I can’t comment on the restaurant. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They regularly changed my towels and provided great service. The swimming pool was another highlight—clean, spacious, and a great place to relax. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily return.

The staff should've been more welcoming to the extent that we felt concerned and suspicious. In the hotel management business, customer service is the the first priority. But honestly, they were not rude. Just need a bit of training. Electricity was cut off during our first night, had to use my portable fan. Such hotels should have emergency generators. No complimentary coffee and tea (basics) The hotel is a bit old, needs to be renovated. Some of our sheets were clean but yellowish. The price is a bit higher than what to be expected. I believe 20 to 30 euros less per day would be suitable for what you get. I wouldn't consider it a resort though.

Location, it is close to the beach. Free parking Balcony view wasn't bad (mountain and beach) Provided us a trustworthy taxi company which they know. It's true, the taxi was good and active. The cleaning staff found our money in our room and kept it on the table without taking any of it.

We booked and payed for a private suite with 3 bedrooms. When we came to the room the employee tells us the private suite isn't available and the manager told me to give you 2 rooms. The manager wasn't there for the day so we had to wait till next morning to speak to the manager and she was very unpleasant. She was lying in front of me. I showed her that we booked a private suite with 3 bedrooms and she didn't care. We left the hotel they didn't give us our money back, they robbed us by not giving us back our money. We booked 3 nights in a private suite with 3 bedrooms for 1000€. We left the hotel after 12 Hours and they didn't give us back more than 530€. They took 470€ for 12 Hours, our kids slept on the sofa and room stank cigarett smoke. I can't understand how they have 5 stairs, they should have maximum 3 stars.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The staff, especially the woman at reception, was not helpful at all. I felt like I was bothering her when I asked a question about our booking. On top of that, she kept messaging me on WhatsApp throughout the day with unnecessary and annoying messages that honestly ruined my mood. I was there to relax, not to be constantly disturbed. It felt unprofessional and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I really regret booking this place and would not recommend it to others.

Total Scam – Ruined My Vacation I booked a room a month in advance and messaged them the day before asking for check-in time — no reply. When I arrived at 3:10 PM, they rudely told me they wouldn’t give us the room because check-in was “before 3 PM.” No explanation, no willingness to listen. We were forced to leave, and only 30 minutes later they responded on Booking saying check-in was before 3 PM. Because of the festival, every hotel was full — I had to stay in a camp. Completely ruined my vacation. Avoid this place!

The whole resort was under construction, most things mentioned on the website, like the pool and restaurant, were a building site and not close to completion/being open.

The property was very close to all the locations we wanted to go. The place was good and we were satisfied. Although i would please say to the staff to be more present in their job when it comes to service but overall everythi g was good and i would come again. Thank you.
