How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Verified reviewThe guesthouse is all over an amazing place located at the foothill of Korabi Mountain. The new part of the house is amazing too, where we stayed. The terrace is fantastic with a view on the garden and always in the shade helped by the orchard trees. We loved it therefore stayed 1 extra night. Sabri, Festa and the rest of the staff are just amazing, very welcoming and maked us feel like home. The food there is a special treat. I loved groshë (beans) and jufka - the speciality of Dibra. Rabdisht is amazing to do short and long hikes. Falemnderit guesthouse Sabri!

Verified reviewSabriu and Festa were the most incredible hosts, we were treated like family from the moment we arrived. Dinner was the best meal we’ve had in our month cycling around the Balkans - almost all directly from their farm.

Verified reviewMost valuable part of this journey starts with a very big smile. That's Mr Sabiru signature. Rest details (which matters) are just for background.
I can guess that last 200m from the road can be difficult for majority of the cars (mountain stone road).

Verified reviewIt was a beautiful experience. Festa and Sabriu and all the neighbours and friends are amazing people. We have eaten delicious home-made and home-grown food, we have learnt a bit of Albanian language, we have spent many hours in the beautiful garden which is heavenly and we have hiked in the surroundings which are stunning. The WIFI is very fast and the city of Peshkopi closeby is very nice too. We had an amazing experience and the kindness of Sabriu and Festa only made it better. The motto is "come as guest, leave as family" and this is really true. We can't wait to come back.

Verified reviewSabriu and his wife are the best hosts ever. The dinner and breakfast were so delicious and it was not even possible to eat it all. In the morning he gave us a lift to Peshkopi. Super friendly people. Absolutely worth the money.

Verified reviewGuesthouse Sabriu is perfect. The rooms are fantastic, and the hosts are like family. Best food we had the whole trip - mostly fresh from the farm. Sabriu picked fresh cherries for us and Fest, his wife, greeted us with fresh juice when we arrived! Perfect place, wonderful people.

Verified reviewThere are no right words to describe the experience we have had in this guest house! The hosts were these incredibly gentle, friendly people who went out of their way to make their guests feel comfortable in any respect. Their slogan 'come a guest and leave family' fits 100%! We got insights into the making of the food, especialy cheese, yoghurt and butter - yes! they make their own butter - the farming, their live stock, basically, all that makes the day to day live in that region of Albania. It was fascinating and grounding at the same time! I loved it so much, I am actually looking on how I can back there on short weekend trips! I fell in love with Rabdisht, Sabriu and Festa!

Verified reviewSabriu and his wife were super nice and made us feel like family. They hosted us wholeheartedly, starting from picking us up from the nearby town, to offering us drinks all throughout our stay, giving us valuble info for our hike, and making us a packed lunch to take to the mountains. None of the above was charged extra. The food was exquisite, probably the best traditional meal we had during our stay in Albania. Together with the wonderful location and beatifuly designed home and garden, it was a wonderful experience that will stay in our memories and heart.
The shower was not too comfortable because there was nothing to hold the water from drenching the floor. Room was a little too small.

Verified reviewThanks to Sabri and Festa we had an amazing time in Rabdisht. The village is very beautiful, the Guesthouse very comfortable and clean and the owners are very positive, also willing to help you with anything. Festa cooked some amazing traditional dishes and Sabri showed us the place around. There aren't enough stars to rate this beautiful place and it's extraordinary owners. Definitely coming back there!

Verified reviewI'm so glad that i got the opportunity to visit this amazing place. A short distance up the mountain from the town below, lays the tranquil, peaceful village in which the accommodation is located, in beautiful surroundings; everything from the orchard to the cloud-tipped mountain tops surrounding it. The hosts are such lovely and kind people, making sure that you have a tremendous time - everything from the serving of delicious, traditional Albanian food, all ingredients produced on their own farm or harvested in the mountains, to them being great company. I will have ever lasting fond memories of this stay, and i hope to return there.

Verified reviewThe guest house is situated in a village of beautiful stone houses with narrow cobbled lanes where you see local people with their laden horses. The hills around offer wonderful walking with beautiful woods and pastures of flowers. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, simple but comfortable. However, this description does not capture the unique and special quality of this guest house. Sabriu and his wife welcome you with warmth and generosity. Nothing is too much trouble and you feel truly welcomed and at home. This is special place to stay.

I enjoyed the food (exceptional), the different types of raki, the hiking recommendations, playing the traditional board game cic mic together and of course their cat Dushi.
