Alles was super perfect. En bovenal: netheid!

Very nice location, beautiful garden, very very clean. Breakfast was different every day, which is very important. We had dedicated parking space. We could go outside the room directly in the garden, which gives a very comfortable sensation. But above all these, the friendly hosts made the place very friendly and nice.

Some problems with drain and toilet in the room, but not that bad, I'm sure they will be easily fixed. Wi fi signal in our room is something which needs to be improved. For those who have no roaming, wi fi at the accommodation is essential. But all in all, it was very good. I recommend this place to stay

The 2 hosts were really nice and extremely professional. The breakfast every morning was fantastic too.

The hospitality of the hosts. The breakfasts were amazing. The cleanliness of the rooms. The turtles weee ace.!!! Mila and Iliri were very friendly too.

The chairs on the patio balcony were broken and there were only 2 despite the fact we were in a room for 3. It would have been better to have a table on the balcony too. And also the room lacked hangars and would have benefited from hooks on the walls to allow clothes to be hung. Having to pay extra for a second come of coffee in the morning was embarrassing. A maiden for drying clothes would have been helpful too

This is a wonderful haven in Saranda with amazing hosts in Mila and Iliri and they were super helpful with local knowledge regarding places to visit and restaurants. Mila’s Breakfasts were outstanding and different every day. The rooms worked well for us as a family of four.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. However we needed a car to make the location work for us and the hosts provided a great recommendation.

The welcome is simply perfect; the hosts make you feel right at home. You arrive in a little haven of peace with a sublime garden and a superb terrace. The accommodation is beyond impeccable in terms of cleanliness, and the breakfast was to die for, warmly prepared by the hosts. It's the best accommodation I've stayed in during my stay!

The hostess was simply amazing, very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The served breakfast is delicious as well!

The bathroom was a bit cramped, the toilet and shower area more or less are merged into the same space.

The location was great. It’s not direct at the beach front but it’s like a 20 minutes walk. So it’s quite quite there. The hosts were the sweetest and very welcoming. And they have a few turtles in the garden, when you’re lucky you might see them.

The shower in the bathroom. When you shower the entire bathroom gets wet- but it dries really quick.

Friendly and gracious hostess. Beautiful gardens and plants within walled property. Comfortable room with balcony looking towards ocean.

Our stay at Joanna & Matteo villa was expceptional. Mila is the sweetest host we have ever met. She is kind, generous, attentive and has a beautiful heart. She welcomed us at the villa as if it was our home for the few days we were there, and it really did feel like home. Moreover, she serves the best breakfasts every morning, with fresh figs from her backyard tree, absolutely delicious. The place is well located, a little bit outside of the center, making it absolutely peaceful. The views on the mountains are mesmerizing and the main area is beautiful and well maintained. If we ever come back to Saranda, we would definitely come to Mila's place again, so should you ! Only positive things to say Thank you for everything xxox (For Mila : we hope you got the keys, we don't have a phone to call you :( )

Mila was very sweet and welcoming. Breakfast was prepared every morning and was good size. Room was clean and had all the basic things you need. Ac worked almost too well 😀 Bonus: small tv to watch paris olympics 😁

Wifi worked only outside but at least you can’t hide behind your phone then!

The hosts were absolutely amazing! You can see they put a lot of effort into making the place cozy (particularly the garden and breakfast area), and breakfast was just delicious

The bathroom in our room was a bit small and there was no dedicated area for the shower. By the time you finish showering, the whole bathroom was a little pool

Very nice and friendly hosts, the best breakfast that we had in Albania, and the fact that you can pay with a credit card at the property is a big plus.

Location is good if you have a car, not so much if you are walking.

What a wonderful establishment. Like a family away from home. Breakfast amazing & we were also lucky enough to experience Mila's home cooking fresh fish for dinner. They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. So lovely.

15 minutes walk from Castle, 10 minutes from grand bazaar. Lovely hosts. Very clean. Good beads. Cozy room with refrigerator and air-conditioning. Typical breakfast with good bread, tomato, cucumber, Thea and jam. Parking included.

The rooms were clean and well maintained during our staying. Mila - owner's wife- was very nice and friendly.

The location pin in booking is not correct. The location is faraway from any of the beaches, on top of an hill. You have to travel by car only and the city is very crowded, especially in the rush hours. The owner is very annoying, emotionally unstable and very intrusive, complaining loudly all the time. They don't have shower cabin, the shower is in the toilet room, connected to the sink, without not even a curtain in a very small space, so there is water all over and it is also broken- the shower starts splashing water when you use the sink tap. The TV doesn't work at all, not even after asking for fixing. They don't accept international credit cards, even though in the booking reservation it is written that they accept credit card payments. I have asked for an invoice with my name on it and he didn't accept and he threatened us that if we don't like his rules we can leave. He is using Booking for advertisement, providing inaccurate information ( wrong location, credit card payment- NO, water sport facilities- No) and then he is also trying to avoid all the booking conditions. He also tried to get an advance payment from us, even though the reservation conditions were with payment on arrival.

The owners are really kind people, we couldn't find the place and they came to pick us up. Breakfast was served in a very nice area in the garden. Parking is available

The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. The entire environment was very relaxed and full of greenery.
