Fantastic location with stunning views. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the staff were very helpful. There’s also a large fridge in the common area stocked with a variety of drinks. The breakfast was excellent too!

Nothing really to complain about, just a tip for drivers: use the longer river route. The castle route has a very steep, challenging downhill stretch to the villa.

The room itself was amazing. We got the room 303, which has the best view.

Everything was really nice: location, staff and breakfast at the rooftop. Lovely! The only thing to report is the black coffee. They provided only one cup included in the breakfast which was not really a problem since you could pay extra price for another cup (200 lekes)

Access is difficult by car but if your a confident driver no problems The staff even park your car for you!

The host was a lovely lady and her family - very friendly and accomodating. Parking was a little narrow but was easy with the help of the family. Breakfast was incredible - a huge delicious homemade feast with incredible views over the city of Berat. The building itself is in a great location where you can walk everywhere in the old town and new town. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Highly recommend!

Location is perfect in the heart of old city of Berat The breakfast was good enough, everyday something different. But the view from the terrace was spectacular.

Nice guest house situated near the center of the city. The host is very pleasant woman, the breakfast is large and tasty and the view from the terrace is really beautiful. It is also a plus that you can park near the guesthouse - it takes around 5 mins of driving on narrow streets from the wider road. Large Conad supermarket is on 10 mins by foot and Old Town is literally around the corner.

We had a lovely time in this hotel in Berat. The family running it are so so lovely and accommodating. The room was clean, with good A/C, clean well equipped en suite bathroom, and it was quiet at night. It has parking spaces available (some up hill driving through narrowish streets, but we had no issues in our rented golf). The absolute star of the show is the absolutely gorgeous balcony, from which breakfast is served. You can access it at any time and watch the golden lights of Berat switch on at sunset. The breakfast is a wonderful traditional spread with a gorgeous view over Berat. It is very easy to walk to the main shops and river side restaurants from here too. I’d definitely come here again.

The villa is clean and well-maintained, but the room was quite small for a family with two young children (ages 3 and 8). It seems better suited for couples or solo travelers, rather than families looking for space and kids friendly accommodation. During the daytime, when we wanted to stay in and escape the heat, there wasn’t much to keep the kids entertained.

Lovely guesthouse in the center of Berat. The lady and her sons who run the place are extremely kind and helpful. The room was spotless with comfortable beds, the much needed airconditioning and wifi. Parking on site, in walking distance of all the sites in Berat. We wanted to do the wine tasting, the host arranged it and one of the sons brought us there and picked us up again for only €40/L4000. Breakfast was lovely on the rooftop terrace (times 08:00 or 08:30). Definitely recommend!
