It’s in a perfect location for the Blue eye hike. In a quiet area, you wake up to see nature: green fields and mountains. You fall asleep with stars. If you come by car: the last couple kilometres of the road are not very good. You can reach there by a regular car if you’re an experienced driver. If you’re a backpacker - you have no problems. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

All you need and clean in a beautiful location. The guest house is run by a lovely host family that lives on the property (but remains in the background, unlike a comment seems to suggest).The daughter speaks English and is ready to help with advice on where to swim or find the nearby trail head to the Blue Eye (or teach you Albanian line dances). They are flexible with breakfast and dinner times and upon request served us coffee in the afternoon. Seating is available indoors and outdoors under a roof with dining areas snd a couple of low chairs around a small table under the free sky, all with beautiful views of the mountains.

Nothing! One caution: in the end, we asked about the way because the last sign in the village, at a street fork, had a folded-over corner that covers the arrow that points to the right (and we turned left at first). The road is unpaved, like in Theth, but manageable at slow speed, no steep slopes.

A good breakfast with wonderful honey, tasty doughnuts, and excellent espresso coffee. The owner’s daughter is friendly, speaks English, and was helpful and kind. There’s fantastic mountain spring water, and a fun pool in the yard. The atmosphere in the garden was pleasant and brought guests together. The location is excellent—very close to the Blue Eye and Grunas Waterfalls.

Under the beds it wasn’t clean, and there were cobwebs. In the bathroom, there was some smell. The shower was small, with a thin water flow and changing temperatures. Laundry was not convenient to do here.

Very nice property, handles with care by nice welcoming hosts. Good location to start the hike at zhe Blue Eye Theth.

Having a small fridge in the room would be great, but not a big issue, as the family offered us some space of their own. Moreover, they had availabale freah water all time.

amazing time ! played volleyball with owners and had a good diner. the owners are great and kind and adapt to what time you need the breakfast. we slept really well and the little music they put was Turned off af very reasonable hours.

Location and Nature.

-road to get there (recommended only for SUV). -owners which were playing loud music from the speaker (people come here for Nature and views to relax, not for party) -price not accurate to the room standards -overall room cleanliness (to be improved) -after ‘fried dough’ served for the breakfast we were sick 1,5 day (not sure if oil or just we did not used to eat such food) nevertheless it’s a bad experience for us.

Very flexible check-in and gentle personnel! Good breakfast included and easy to reach Theth center by foot. The view was amazing, rooms were small, but neat and functional. Ideal for a short stay. We were very pleased.,

Better seals around doors required to keep bugs out at night.

The location of the property is great, given that it leads directly to the trail of the blue eye waterfall. Big outdoor seating area with amazing view of mountains and nature! Clean room and good for one night. It is not equipped with AC so it’s a bit hard to stay indoors during hot days.

Basic bathroom - no mirror & no shower curtain or door to avoid splashing water.

What we loved about this place is the proximity to Blue eye, we did it early morning before breakfast, just shows how close it is. The owner and his daughters were so helpful because on the first day, we couldn’t get to the accommodation from the road down below and they were so quick to pick us up and drive to the accommodation. We had a very comfortable stay at the guesthouse, no frills but in the mountains, it’s what you want , we had good food (you can order food here and don’t need to go anywhere else), had great breakfast during our stay and surrounded by such beautiful hills and nature, what more could one want. I have all good words to say about this place. Thank you very much for hosting us 🙂

It's close to Blue Eye lake. The location is nice, very quiet; the host was kind; breakfast was good.

Room a bit dusted, some spider webs in the corners; It seemed a bit pricey for what they offered; But we stayed only one night, so it didn't bother us much.
