it is not the only place in Albania where shower and toilet are in the same small room so after showering, you have a wet floor which is not ideal to use the toilet.

Ideal location to discover Theth and the surrounding mountains. Very welcome with the family and excellent diner with local foods. We had booked the dinner for the first night but because of the value for money, we decided to have diner with the facility also the second night. Plenty of local dishes for € 20/person.

Theeth is a very nice place and ideal for hiking in the beautiful valley. We really enjoyed our stay at Kujtimi Guest House, our charming old-style room, sitting in the garden, relaxing after the hikes and savouring the good food. Breakfast and dinner are excellent and the Kulaç bread in particular is to die for!

Compared with the rest of our stays in Albania, it was pretty expensive and not markedly better. The bathroom was uncomfortably tiny

The room was spacious with a comfy bed. We enjoyed the dinner (paid separately, 20€ pp in June 2025) and the breakfast the place offered.

The hospitality of the lady managing property affairs was phenomenal. Very homely feeling, and everything was designed to work. Just a but outside main Village to give a secluded feel yet near enough so that you can access Village (10 min walk, 2 min drive). Near Grunas Waterfall trail. Breakfast was so good and so fresh. It just seemed that every day, she put additional efforts to make sure that breakfast was perfect. Easy parking Amazing place

We had a traditional room and really enjoyed it. But ,if you want a soundproof room this may not work for you. The ceiling is thin, old house, so you hear the people upstairs. Not a problem for us

Bathroom was down stairs although it was exclusive to our room. It was a “wet room” so after a shower the whole floor was wet.

The bathroom is a bit basic and there is nothing separating the shower within the bathroom so water would go everywhere. Putting a shower curtain would help. The mattresses could be a bit firmer. Otherwise no complaints.

Great location in Thethe. The lady who runs this guesthouse is genuinely super nice and very hard working. She makes a great breakfast as well. We loved the location of the place as it was a short walk to the start of the waterfall and blue eye trails.

Nothing to fault. It was a perfect stay

This guesthouse is amazing. The home has such a cozy vibe, the room itself has some of the most comfortable beds me and my friend have ever slept in. The guesthouse is spotless, very clean and tidy. Each room has its own private bathroom. The lady who runs the guesthouse is lovely, she really looked after us during our stay. Constantly offering us mountain tea which is like peppermint tea with a unique twist in its taste. You can request as much as you like during your stay. She was also gave us fruit to take during our hikes. Really made us feel at home there. Breakfast was phenomenal, simple, freshly made, delicious. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Especially if you want an atmosphere that fits with the location of theth. I hope yo come back again soon.

The shower space is quite small- but so is most of the showers in the Albanian alps.

Bathroom got a bit wet as open shower and hot water ran out after second person. Had three of us in room. Not a big deal for us.

Beautiful guesthouse with a fabulous host who took care of us. Close to the trail for waterfall and blue eye. 15-20 min walk to village. Amazing traditional balkan style breakfast and lots of food. Very delicious.

Rooms are clean and simple, as shown on booking com. Nice location Fresh homemade breakfeast with products from hosts own farm, we stayed three nights and every morning we had some varieties. We especially enjoyed fig jam, specialty of the very friendly hostess. Advisable to take dinner - set menu with farm products. Traditional and delicious

There was a weird squeaky sound that would go off every five minutes or so - it was weird and distracting.

Amazing place, lovely building and super friendly host. We absolutely loved our stay here. We were travelling with kids and were able to get a room with five beds which was a bonus. It was comfortable and much nicer than staying in the new resorts being built. I would highly recommend it.
