The only thing I would suggest is that the owners of the hotel try to correct the defect in the entrance door from the room that I noticed. The front door of the room does not block sounds well.

I was with my wife for 5 nights, we felt great, relaxed atmosphere thanks to the hotel workers. The hotel together with the pool are really clean. The breakfast is excellent, there are very nice beaches and good restaurants near the hotel.

Great manager, Ina! Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and helpful staff. Pool was great and clean, loungers very comfy as were all the amenities in this near-new hotel. Set back slightly from shores but between 2 little beaches. Drifting off to sleep to the sound of waves lapping in the distance was a treat. Parking was available with in/ out privileges. Great food in hotel for dinner. Try the fish and fish soup! Delish! Well appointed larger rooms with HD, fridge, Great views from all balconies-big enough for comfy private enjoyment with great chairs and table. Lots of details addressed. Fine wine and bar selections served throughout the day and poolside. Good typical morning breakfast with single small coffee included. A great choice. We e tended ur stay to enjoy touring more area sights and offerings.

The staff were absolutely unprofessional. The spoke rudely and felt as if they did not want to serve their roles. The air conditioning didn’t work for us but really didn’t help in resolving it.

Weak internet, audibility in the rooms from the street, especially in the evening when the pool quota or in the restaurant speaks. We lived on the third floor

Excellent cuisine in the restaurant, friendly staff, daily cleaning of the rooms, change of towels, shops and cafes nearby.

As previously reported by other guests some hotel stuff smokes in the restaurant hall and the smell comes to the reception floor.

The restaurant is amazing, the stuff of the restaurant is high class: super attentive, and have a great way to cater the table. All of our little problems we reported to reception were taken care of immediately. Exceptional attitude! Thanks a lot!

The breakfast could be improved. The coffee was more or less lukewarm or cold every morning. They should find a better way to store it so it keep being hot. It was quite sad to not have a proper morning coffee every day for a week. Also it could be nice with a plant based alternative to milk, because not everyone can use cows milk, but this is of course a minor thing, I bought my own oat milk and the friendly staff stored it in their bar fridge for me, very nice of them:) There was no place to put your plate while taking food from the different boxes with eggs etc. so very difficult to open the lid and take the food while holding your plate. It would be nice to have the option to get plain croissant without the chocolate. It would be nice with some cheese slices for bread, some fruit yogurt and musli and the eggs seemed over cooked

We really liked the place and the people, especially the receptionist Bella was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived and throughout our stay, everyone was nice and helpful, also in the restaurant

The hotel is not beachfront, most of the view is blocked by another hotel in front of the beach. The breakfast is the same every day, you get really sick of it after a few days, it's somewhat basic. There was a sewer smell coming out of the bathroom and the shower was clogged, and you feel everything is kinda not built in a good way.

The staff was nice and very accommodating, and the room was overall nice and clean and spacious. Its a bit far from the center so the beach was cleaner and not crowded. The pool is nice.

A Masterclass in How Not to Run a Hotel
    • Leisure trip
    • Family with young children
    • Executive Suite with Terrace and Sea View
    • Stayed 2 nights

Sleeping for four was an exercise in discomfort. One of us had what was basically just a sheet thrown over a couch—I’m not kidding—while another was “treated” to a sofa armchair bed, which sounded better than it felt. Communication with staff often felt like a game of charades gone wrong. The outdoor swing chair was rusty, the windows looked like they’d given up on ever being cleaned, and the terrace door required the strength of a professional weightlifter just to budge. When we mentioned these things at the front desk, the response was simply: “impossible to fix.” Inspiring. Noise from outside carried straight into the room, water damage festered under the fridge, and the WiFi had serious commitment issues—slow, unreliable, and constantly kicking us off. The pool didn’t help either: dirty, hidden behind another building, and plunged into shade just when you’d actually want to use it. The little frustrations piled on, too. Parking needed a staff escort instead of a simple room key system, we were charged an extra 3% just for using a card, and a cappuccino cost €3—daylight robbery disguised as foam. Worst of all, when my card didn’t process due to a CVV typo, the manager flat-out told me I “had no money.” Not only untrue, but unnecessarily rude—and frankly the most memorable part of our stay, for all the wrong reasons.

We hated this hotel. And not in the casual, “ugh, Mondays” sort of way—but in the genuine, counting-the-hours-until-checkout kind of way. To be fair, the hotel does have a couple of strong points. It was “near” Ksamil—close enough that, if you squinted at a map and ignored scale, you could almost believe it. Parking was also conveniently nearby, though it felt like an escape room challenge: first, locate the front desk staff, then convince them to unlock it for you. Honestly, solving that puzzle might have been the highlight of our stay.

    - the location isn’t optimal since there isn’t much to do around the hotel, however the public bus stop that takes you into sarandë town / ksamil is a 1‘ walk away from the hotel!

    - nice clean rooms - really nice bathrooms (especially the shower) - big, clean pool with enough sunbeds - yummy breakfast - really sweet staff (thank you for helping us with everything tommy!)

The pool water was not so clean. And the staff do not smile ever (exept for Toni who was great and very helpful). The breakfast buffet is poor and you constantly have to ask for refils of what should be available.

Hotel was fairly cleen and close to the beach, though you have to pay extra to use sunbeds. Shower, beds and the overall state of the room was good. Food quality served at the pool was nice. The view from the suite terrace is gorgeous.

The fact there is a charge for a proper coffee for breakfast and if I forgot to take money I was told the next all day to pay 2,5 € . Despite the fact there was a hotel car park when leaving it was blocked , very annoying before a long journey north .

Lovely view of a sunset. Swimming pool and decor overall. Tommy at the reception was very helpful.

Attention to detail lacking, it seems if things break they are left without being replaced. No shower door, clearly broken previously and not put back. No plug in the sink, blood spots on net curtains. Pool is basically shared with everyone around/people who walk in and mostly staff and family. Numerous broken sunbeds/parasols, pool not that clean with lots of grit on pool floor and broken tiles. Drinks seem a bit unreasonably priced for the quality, you are not allowed to even have your own water by the pool without being asked to remove it. Lots of confusion about mini bars with each room having something different in the fridge so check out was a bit confrontational. All in all just fell below expectations for the price

Very comfortable bed, ascetic look throughout. Modern look, great food in the restaurant. Some Staff are polite and friendly. Generally clean. Beautiful view(around hotel built in front) depends on which room you are in.
