Regarding the payment concern mentioned in your review, we would like to clarify the following: At the moment of your check-in, our reception staff clearly explained that when paying by credit card, the charge is processed in Albanian Lek (ALL) using a fixed exchange rate of 1 Euro = 100 Lek, which is our standard hotel policy. We also mentioned that, if you preferred to avoid any currency conversion fees from your bank, you were more than welcome to pay in cash in euros. At that moment, you chose to proceed with card payment, and we respected your choice. It’s important to note that the total amount charged by us was exactly €427.50, as agreed in your booking. Any additional difference or higher amount shown in your statement was not added by us, but comes from your bank’s exchange rate or card provider’s fee, which is entirely outside our control. We always aim to be clear and transparent in our communication, and we’re truly sorry if there was still confusion. Had this been brought up during your stay, we would have been happy to sit down and clarify everything in person — as we always prefer direct communication over misunderstandings. Your feedback is always welcome and helps us grow. But fairness and honesty are also part of good communication, and we believe we handled the process with professionalism and correctness from start to finish. Regarding the location, you’re absolutely right — sometimes GPS systems don’t recognize the address correctly, even though we’ve set it up properly.
