IrelandThe hotel was right in the middle of Shkodër and the room was excellent. The hotel was good value for money. The staff were very attentive in general. I am coeliac and when I told the gentleman looking after breakfast, he got gluten free bread for me. Stella on reception could not have been more helpful and she organised a packed lunch for us as we left before breakfast started on our last day. This was free since we did not have breakfast and it seems to be common in Shkodër. Emmanuel in the spa was also very helpful. Note - if you need to follow a gluten free diet, the hotel should be informed beforehand so that they have sufficient stock.

SerbiaIt is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel to lack basic amenities in the room. The reading lamps by the bed did not work. When we complained and asked for the issue to be fixed, the woman at the reception told us they were aware of the problem but couldn’t solve it. In the bathroom, there is nowhere to place a toothbrush or soap—no glass for the toothbrush, no soap holder. It was difficult to adjust the overhead fixed shower and the handheld shower in the shower cabin. The room has a whirlpool bathtub, but we didn’t use it due to lack of time, so I cannot comment on that feature. The breakfast selection was very modest for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. The noise from nearby nightlife venues was disturbing at night, but that is not the hotel's fault. After all, this is a central location, and such circumstances are to be expected. All in all, the hotel does not deserve 5 stars. Don’t expect that level of standard.
The hotel has an excellent location, right in the city center. The suite room is very spacious. That’s where the advantages of the room end.

United StatesSlightly outdated carpet in the rooms. Our room directly faced the large mosque so we were woken up by the call to prayer in the middle of the night. How to get to the hotel with the car was slightly confusing and one of us had to get out to go ask where to park.
Included parking, staff was very nice. They made us breakfast to go when we told them we would be leaving before breakfast started. They let us keep our car there after check out while we had a tour. Sauna and pool were very nice after a couple days of hiking in Theth. Right on the main pedestrian walkway.

BelgiumIn spa center, the Turkish bath's door is not closing properly. It would be nice to fix it to be use as it should.
I choose this hotel for its location, on the pedestrian street which is perfect for the restaurants and the bars. But I will come back to this hotel for the staff. Starting with the Receptionist Mirnisa who was really helpful and kind. Stella is another strong element who is caring about your stay to be the most unforgettable moment! Thank you very much for your advise, thanks to you I lived an amazing moment in Komani. Don't hesitate to ask her for advises. Emanuel who is in charge of the spa and fitness center was also very professional and kind! He provided great advise. For sure I will be back in this hotel thanks to the staff who made this stay one of the kind.

We booked into this hotel because of the location and the pool - neither of them disappointed. We had a suite, which we wouldn’t normally be able to afford - was great value. Loved the location - close to restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - was pretty standard but fine for us. The pool was fantastic - it is inside, but really nice - especially when it was so hot outside. We were the only people using it when we were there.
