Very basic breakfast buffet, we had to eat fried eggs, sausages, bread, tomato and cucumber for 7 days. Nothing for kids apart from watermelon

Exelent place to relax your mind and body-quiet and private-and yet close enough to reach stores,restaurants and nearby cities for vivid nightlife. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Resort is clean and pools and all facilities are very well maintained. Will recommend for holidays for couples and families.

Our experience at the location was entirely positive, and we highly recommend it.

It was a truly wonderful experience, situated in a very good location in Scora, offering a private and intimate atmosphere with a touch of luxury. The staff were remarkably gracious and supportive, which was truly amazing. I believe the most significant aspect is the politeness and genuine kindness of the staff. Furthermore, it offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended. If you are planning a trip to the far north, it is conveniently located en route and near the lake, with a private beach.

The walls are very thin so you could hear conversation from the next room.

The owners are super helpful and went out of their way. The pools are really large and the water warm - the sun loungers were plentiful and very comfy!! The room was cute with a very powerful shower and comfy bed.

We absolutely loved our stay! The houses are super cute and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. Both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were absolutely delicious!! Unfortunately, the swimming pool was under construction during our visit, but we made great use of the padel court instead, which is one of our favorite things to do! The location is perfect. Takes just a short walk to a beautiful lake. Tip: the beach at the lake is stony, so we recommend bringing water shoes. It’s also ideally situated within easy driving distance of both Shköder and Theth. We’d love to come back here again!

The walls of the cottage are really thin/not soundproofed. it's ok for day time but you can litterally follow the discussion of your neighbours in bed.

The location of the Hotel in the nature and the absence of mass tourism. The kindness of the hosts and the attentions for breakfast. In the accessories : the fridge & AC were more than welcome after a hot day.

This accomodation is very nice, unfortunately we slept in the end of September and most of the facilities were not working/maintained well. Which is a pity. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Very nice decor through the whole comlex. Bathrobe and a very delicious breakfast inclunded. The pool area is super. The lake is a few step away with a beautiful sunset view.

Very far from the city (30 mins taxi) and nothing outside of the resort so food options are quite limited.

Breakfast was limited.

The location was everything we wanted - really close to the lake where you can swim and in a rural area not far from the border. The swimming pools are stunning - both are big and immaculately clean. Lots of space around the pools and also a grassy area on the way to the lake for kids to play. The rooms are well set-up with all the facilities you require.

Our stay was very good aside from some small things that could have made our stay even better. For example, we found that the shower tray did not drain away properly within our bathroom which meant we had to turn off the shower half way through in order the let the tray drain before completing our showers. Also, we found the breakfast to be a little inconsistent in terms of timing with little variety in terms of available dishes.

The idea of staying in the little cabins really drew us to staying at Hysaj Agroturizem and they did not disappoint. The rooms were great, with a downstairs area complete with TV and sofa before climbing up the ladder to the double bed up within the little maisonette space. The grounds have a number of new swimming pools which were at a great temperature to cool off in the heat of the day (or evenings). The on-site restaurant was handy for us after a long day exploring Theth. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would gladly come back again if in the area exploring.

The restaurant is really bad.... The choice for breakfast is below limited and there was only one guy who was a people person. The rest of the people looked like being there for them was a punishment.very long wait for the food.

Location is great, far away from everything, and the facilities are great. Three pools, very large outside space and everything is clean. Lady which was looking after accomodation was very nice, always smiling.

The hotel is beautiful and new. All the facilities are great. When we arrived we told the lady at the reception that we lost our suitcase at the airport. She made a phone for us and make sure that we will receive our suitcase. She drove by her self to the nearest city to take it for us.

Can hear through the thin walls. Restaurant was not great especially for vegetarians which makes it tricky when it's the only option :)
