Fantastic location and view of the city.

Location, view, hospitality , amazing breakfast. 10 min walk (downhill/uphill) from fortress and main bazaar. Includes a Laundry machine , very comfort and quiet place. Not so easy to drive there but in general any place in jirokaster is not easy to arrive to😀

Owner had to go to work early at 7am so breakfast was prepared on living room every morning at 6.45-7am. One if us slept in the living room so it wasn’t the convenient. But as early birders it was fine by us. Just letting us know in advance could be nice.

Loved the location and the host Mona! So kind and welcoming, opening up her home to us and making us breakfast. We really enjoyed our time there. The terrace is beautiful!

Nothing to dislike, but it does get a bit cold in the house. We went there in May which is just around the start of summer. The warm terrace area makes up for it!

Amazing breakfast prepared by the hostess. The view from the balcony is also incredible. The fridge was stocked with drinks at an affordable price (like a mini-bar), and the value was amazing.

The most kind host of our trip to Albania. She made us breakfast and was the very helpful. the old city centre is in easy walking distance :)

Good parking directions but be aware it's a steep climb through some narrow-ish streets.

The breakfast was amazing with a large and delicious variety of items.

We had a car and it was a challenge to find the property. But it was well worth the trouble. We could walk everywhere and the view was incredible.

The most stunning view of the town, the castle and the whole valley. The sunset from the terrace is simply breathtaking. The owner is lovely, we felt welcome and both us and our kids very much enjoyed the breakfast prepared for us.

It’s tricky to be found so it helps to ask the owner for the exact location in advance, the web maps are not accurate in Gjirokastër

Absolutely stunning views of the city and castle. Our hostess was extremely kind, the apartment is a family home, so it feels like you are visiting a relative. Everything was extremely clean and the breakfast in the morning was very tasty.

The apartment is uphill, so although it is very close to the center, keep in mind in case of mobility difficulty.

The host was lovely - they came to collect us when we got lost, brought in our washing when it rained and made a delicious breakfast each day. There were beautiful views. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

You need to be careful driving up the steep hills if your car is weak.

What an amazing villa. The balcony has beautiful views of the old town and castle, a perfect place to enjoy the delicious breakfast served by the host every morning. The breakfast was huge and homemade – a highlight of our trip. The house is very comfortable, with everything you need. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The fridge stocked with drinks at a very reasonable price was lovely – it saved us a trip to the shops. The villa is ideally situated close to the old bazaar and castle. We loved our stay here.

Oh my goodness Albania, just when we think we have stayed in the best places possible you surprise us again! This place is simply outstanding. A truly wonderful location with an amazing welcoming host. Cannot recommend enough.

Everything was excellent.

The property is located near the top of the town with a spectacular view of the town and the castle. The bedrooms are comfortable and have air conditioning. There is a fully functioning kitchen (and the fridge was a mini-bar stocked with beer, wine, and soft drinks, at pretty much cost price, which was a lovely touch) but we did not use the cooking facilities as we ate our lunch and evening meals out. Our breakfast was served to us (by the hosts lovely and welcoming mother) on the balcony and was simply amazing, a real highlight with lovely homemade food (and lots of it). David sent us through some clear directions as to how to get there (as Google maps sends you the wrong way). There was a tight turn and the roads were narrow but it was easy enough in a mid-size car and there is a space to park right outside. We walked everywhere during our stay and you need to be fairly mobile to get around as there are some steep ups and down. The bazaar with all the shops, bars, and restaurants was about a ten minute walk and the castle about twelve.

The Inn Cloud is great. The balcony has amazing views and the apartment is very comfortable for 4. It has everything you need. Breakfast is amazing. 10 minute walk into Old Town.

The drive up is tricky but don't let it stop you staying here - it's worth it. They send you a map to follow and as long as you do it's fine.

Amazing view, lovely owners, great minibar and exceptional breakfast! We loved it a lot! Follow the owners directions to the house or you'll get lost. Google maps nor Waze are up to date here.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly hosts. The enormous and delicious breakfasts with home made ingredients were a highlight. The views over the town, castle and the countryside were wonderful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The very reasonably priced fully stocked fridge was a bonus.

Top 1 Albanian views. Tasty breakfast. Good minibar at house with reasonable prices. 5-10min walk to old bazaar and 10-15min walk to castle. Owner give good driving instructions to apartment. Nice clean good place to stay. I want come again this place.

Amazing place to stay! It's a whole apartment so there is heaps of space, kitchen, etc, even a washing machine. The view of the castle and surrounds is very special. You sit out on the terrace for breakfast and it's perfect. The breakfast was incredible too and lovely hosts.

The only problem we had was finding the place when we got there. Not sure why this happened but the map identifying the location we were sent was wrong. The house is way up past the mosque. Google Maps isn't great in Gjirokaster, but some more detailed instructions for arriving would solve these troubles.

Very spacious and well-equipped apartment, with a breath-taking view. Very comfortable. The hosts are exceptionally welcoming!
