WiFi was not working on 1 of the 2 days we stayed there. Allowance of 1 coffee only at breakfast, extra cup had to be paid for. Bedroom door was very difficult to lock, it had clearly been broken at some time and badly repaired.

Great location in centre of town, close to all shops, bars and restaurants. Room was very small but very clean, adequate for one or 2 nights. Staff in breakfast room were very nice as was the male member of staff on reception. Good price for location.

We stayed for four nights and they offered to clean the room on our on the fourth night which is odd. The staff then asked if we can leave our room key so they can clean as they don’t have a spare key to the room. The ensuite shower is tiny so anyone taller than 5’8 will find it hard to fit in the shower. The shower water kept changing from hot to cold while showering which was annoying.

Excellent location to restaurant and bars. Right in the city centre and very close to the bus stops.

The sound insulation is very poor. You can hear everything happening in the hallway and even in other rooms – flushing toilets, conversations, footsteps. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was basic and nothing special. If you're looking for a budget-friendly overnight stay and don’t mind some noise, this might work. But if you value peace and comfort, it may not be the best choice.

The hotel is in a convenient location. For the price, you get what you expect: a simple place to stay.

First, it was incredibly noisy. During our first night there was music coming from the neighbouring bars and restaurants, during our second night there was a kind of concert till midnight with people singing karaoke or something. In the morning we were woken up by an awful smell coming form the bathroom- a mix of urine and pooh!!!! The girl at the reception desk couldn't connect 2 words in English though the guy was very nice and polite

The bicycles were not in the best shape, but still they are free of charge, doesn't really matter that much.

Right in the center of the city. Staff was very friendly. Received an amazing address for lunch/dinner. Had a lovely conversation about life in general and ofcourse about the city Shkodër. At check out even I was still allowed to use the bicycles that they offer free of charge to discover the lake and the city itself, while leaving my my luggage at the hotel.

The included breakfast was very good - omelette, bread, marmalade, balkan-cheese, and plenty of delicious butter. And all this without any packaging and waste! The staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect location in the city centre. My room was simple, but functional, and quiet at night. Very clean.
