The hotel was very uphill and the road was very narrow. Also it was very far from the city center. But cafes and restaurants are near just down the road. I would suggest to the hotel that they should invvest on their bathrooms at least in shower curtains. If you took a shower the water would be all around the floor. Also to add additional pillows in every room. I am pregnant i asked for additional pillows for confort, but they said they did not have any left with the excuse they sent them to the laundry. Also the lights in the balcony won’t go off, so when i tried to close the blinds, theh were broken and did not close.

The hotel room was big, spacious and had a very nice big balcony with the sea view. Staff was very friendly. Also the breakfast was very good, even tho it was basic and not a lot of varietys.

No parking, although they are saying there is a private parking. Breakfast was poor. They charged extra for the coffee. The room is nice but the air-conditioned is not good enough. They refused to give 2 room cards. The location is far from the center. We went out and didn't have parking when we returned. They offered to block other car, and in the morning, woke me up to remove the car.

The furniture in the room was too bulky, so it was hard to move in it. The kettle plug had to be pressed into the socket till the water boiled, or else it won't work. Also, there were no tissues in the room, except for the toilet paper, which is something I've noticed in all the hotels I stayed at in Albania.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was clean, and the room was adequate. The hotel is in a quiet area, away from the noise of the city centre, yet all the attractions are a short ride away.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the start. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, there was something for everyone. The first room we stayed in faced the front it was one of the older rooms but I loved the view and found it charming. We decided to stay an extra night and they moved us to one of the updated rooms while the room itself was beautiful. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Location is great for the beach. The boulevard is a taxi away. Breakfast was delicious and overall a lovely stay was had here.

It is a long walk uphill to the accomodation but doable. The biggest negative was there was no shower screen or curtain so the bathroom very quickly flooded.

The views across the bay were amazing and the balcony an added bonus. Breakfast was fresh and the staff were very welcoming.

My only complaint would be that the shower didn't have a box/curtain, so it could get messy when we were taking a shower, but other than that all good.

The hotel has a great location if you want to visit the beaches, cause you don't need to go through city center so you avoid most of the traffic. The staff were really friendly and we had a decent breakfast every day. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. Great value for the amount we paid.

They said that the floor we stayed on had been completely renovated, well, the shower didn't really function well. The toilet lid was not properly connected, it didn't look renovated in a nice way. Flock of hair on the bed night stand.

The kitchen wasn't well equipped, the bathroom was very poor, not even a shower curtain, after shower the whole bathroom was full of water and there was a terrible smell coming from the canal.

The room we got still needed to be upgraded. It seemed like they are upgrading the hotel slowly and we just got the room that is still pending renovation. The room had broken tiles in the bathroom and the wooden floor near the kitchen area seems to have had water damages before and therefore starting to come apart. But I am sure this will be fixed

The staff was extremely polite and friendly. Very helpful. The balcony was great and spacious. We enjoyed the view and the breeze in the balcony. Beds were comfy and room was large. They also have newly added elevator which is super good if you have heavy luggages.

The hotel is in a part of the city that I believe it's new but the hotel seams already outdated. Don't know how old is the hotel and didn't stay at other hotels in Albania to compare. Probably expected a little more from the breakfast, more nutrients.

The staff was friendly and always there for something that's needed. The sea view was also very nice. The breakfast had some variety and it was a nice setting, with the eating area and outdoor space. Also, the kitchenette in the room is a plus.
