Staff were amazing! Modern hotel (almost new) with a prime position in northern stretch of Ksamil and what an amazing view! Beach club was a lot of fun. Beach beds part of room package.

Limited options for vegetarians and vegans.

I loved that the location, and the amenities! Beautiful property and very comfortable beds. We did not use the included meals, or the beach as we chose to go off hotel property but or experience was wonderful.

Everything was wonderful--I found that the beach was a bit crowded for our liking but we were able to find sunbeds without any issues.

AC stopped working every day . Room for one person was very small and no decorations.

Whilst you expect the beach to be overrun by tourists in summer, the hotel staff need to do a better job at enforcing their own ‘hotel only’ area. Whilst most staff were fine, there was one staff member at the beach who spoke to me in a way I have never been spoken to before, as a paying guest. He was aggressive and rude. All because I asked him to politely ask a group who were making a nuisance of themselves in the hotel only area (when they weren’t hotel guests) to move. Felt uncomfortable to make a complaint about him, he was that aggressive. Some customer service training might be a good idea.

- The hotel has sunbeds reserved for hotel guests right at the beach and beach towels are also provided. - Located right on the beach, along the promenade. - The service is excellent and the staff is attentive. - The breakfast is decent with a good selection, but not too lavish. - The dinner is absolutely top, with 4 different set menus to choose from -- It comes with drinks of your choice, a salad, a starter, 1st course, main course, desert. - I had to check-out early before breakfast and the hotel staff was super thoughtful and kind enough to prepare a lovely breakfast box for me.

- The room was tiny. The description did mention the room is 172sqFt , but this was really tiny. I wish there were pictures of the room available during booking. - The bathroom was super tiny as well. You cannot even open the door fully. It is an open shower, so everything including the toilet seat gets wet. - The room is not quiet. Despite having my windows and doors closed, I could still hear the noise from outside the hotel as well as from anyone walking or talking in the corridor.

The cleanliness

The quality of the hotel does not match the price they are asking for. It is not worth the money at all! The food was 3/10 “Buffet” breakfast was a few dry and stale pastries and some cereal. Dinner option was shocking. The food itself was bland and a let down. The hotel itself was clean but that’s all I can say. The staff were ok. I would not recommend this hotel. For the price you pay it is not worth it!

The hotel is on the beach which is very convenient especially for high season! We has a sea view room but we has to change because of the load music from nearby clubs. They change it without a problem! The staff was really nice and helpful

Very loud music until 01:00 Am from the close by clubs. (Only for the seafront rooms)

Location , and beachside good . Breakfast just fine not a something special same for dinner

They try to sell water when u asked so it is free . Also every evening they have same dinner just changing the side in the menu or use same food for next day and just changing name :) so dinner is not good not value for your money . Also inside of beach so crowded and they accept everybody from outside .. so be careful for your stuff. Also if you one person you can not fit in toilet or bathroom so be careful big guys ! :) it is very small .

Location is great on the beach Food was OK

The room we received was much smaller than expected, and the view from the standard room was only of the parking lot. In addition, the shower was very small and had no glass door, which caused the entire bathroom to flood after every shower

The treating by the brunette young lady was really good and she was very helpful and friendly during the all stay with recommendations and taxis.

The restaurant beach food was not a good quality, some pieces of carpaccio calamari were still frozen, the sauce was industrial very bright yellow,it was impossible to eat, we complained but they find excuses to say that it was normal! We didn’t touch it and they wanted us to pay for it because they put it on the table!!!! They didn’t have a commercial and understanding attitude but an aggressive one!! Never experienced that anywhere before!! We did order just French fries after to be on the safe side! We never eat there again after this 1st experience!!! We ask for the bill to maybe 4 different waiters it never arrived after 30 I decided to go to the room and 1 waiter came at reception and told me that he will give me the bill on the night???!!!! Crazy! I insisted to get it straight away and they put more things than I ordered on it! So pay attention! And on the spot!!!

The really loud music coming from the neighboring clubs until 3/4am makes it challenging to sleep. You can forget about leaving the windows open. People are allowed to smoke in the breakfast/dining room.

Excellent amenities and location. Spectacular views of the sunset! Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Our plan included breakfast and dinner, as well as reserved umbrella and chairs on the beach which was a big plus, otherwise they charge 40 euros and chairs were mostly unavailable. Breakfast was buffet with sufficient variety, and dinner had 4 options, my favorite was the traditional which was delicious every day.

Quite noisy with three bars close by playing loud music well into the night.

They have this free dinner included which the staff was treating us differently, and plus the food was so so. They purposely ignored our request for water while attending others. Feeling uncomfortable with this and the breakfast was so so.

The standard rooms are TINY and the breakfast and dinner included was not great.
