The pool was really good in this weather, close to the cities, but silent enough to relax

The pool is of course amazing! The rooms are big, comfortable and very clean! The staff is incredibly friendly and the location is also great! One advice I can give if you want to eat somewhere else is: restaurant ‘Zouma’ just 15’ away in the village Vrisera!

Great location just outside of Gjirokaster. Pool is amazing. Duplex room was wow!

Bathroom had a little bit of bad smell but leaving the window open helped.

The food was amazing (great breakfast buffet & amazing restaurant for the night, we took the Carbonara twice because we liked it so much) the staff is very friendly & the location / view from the pool is really extraordinary. The place felt peaceful and quiet, rooms are large and with nice interior.

    Nothing negative to say.

Very nice staff, huge rooms with 2 bathrooms, very clean. Great pool, very quiet in june. They also offer delicious cocktails. We really enjoyed our stay. And the restaurant Ruci near the village is awesome! Very good food for very fair prices.

We were there off season, so it felt a bit like an abandoned ghost town when we pulled up. 😄 Don't let that deter you, though. We had a cabin with a living room, bathroom and loft bedroom. They served us an included breakfast over at the restaurant (mere steps away) that was incredible! It was a full table service breakfast with all the bells and whistles! The pool wasn't open yet, and the fountain wasn't running. I can imagine how nice those would be when fully operational! There is a nice dog that lives there and loves a good treat. Parking was right outside of our door for our cabin. It is only 15 mins from Gjirokaster, and loved being able to visit there, but stay someplace without traffic or parking issues. We were only going to stay one night, but once we saw it, we booked 2 extra nights right away. If you're contemplating staying here...just do it!

The staff at the resort were extremely friendly. Unfortunately, we visited Kronos Village at off-season. Therefore, most of their facilities were not open (including the pool and the restaurant- due to staff shortage). We initially thought that this would cause us a bit of discomfort, as we had to drive to the nearest restaurant which is 10 mins away. This was a bit of a problem as the village is quite remote. We were also worried about the village being isolated as well (with not a lot of guests). However, we were scared for nothing. The resort was very safe and secure. When we informed the staff about our worries, they took it very seriously, apologised to us, and kindly offered us a partial refund. The manager of the resort is one of the sweetest ladies I met in Albania. She was extremely kind and understanding. It was bad luck that we visited just before the start of the season and we hope that we can visit soon, when the village is at its normal. Coming to the accommodation, we got a duplex which was obviously spacious and had all the necessary amenities. It also offered a great view of the hills behind the resort. The breakfast was delicious and we definitely recommend visiting Kronos Village.

Lovely and clean hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast; great location if you have a car, roughly 20mins from Gjirokaster We were the only guests at the hotel, so they allowed us a later check-out Put Kronos Village to Google Maps rather than using the address shown on Booking.com Pool was not open during our stay

We loved the pool and the pool area,

The breakfast was very liminited. Seeing as we had stayed in 5 hotels during our road trip of Albania I would say this was the worse breakfast. When we arrived there wasn't a reception area or desk. I asked a member of staff where reception was and they replied "we don't have one at the moment". Do you have a bookiing? I replied yes and showed my confirmation from Booking.com. They couldn't find it on their system. They showed us to a room which was a downstairs room and we had asked for an upstairs one. They did however, later offer us an upstairs room. We decided to eat in the hotel and we were greeted with a young man. We asked for the menu and he said that they didn't have one at the moment and he took a piece of folded paper out of his pocket and started reading some items of food. I stopped him and said "this is so unprofessional and that I was really upset about how we were being treated. We ate pasta in the end. I asked if they had ice-cream and they didn't have any form of dessert. We were offered drinks free to make up for the treatment. I would say that this could be a good hotel if they get things sorted out. Why open a hotel when things aren't ready.
