Very nice hotel, located close to the beach and restaurants. The owners were extremely humble and kind, and their warm hospitality made the stay even better. The breakfast they cooked and served was absolutely delicious. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to everyone.

Property was clean. Family owned business, staff were super friendly and accommodating. Free fresh breakfast cooked to order each morning. Great location (in the town, just a walk away from shops/ restaurants/ beaches) but slightly out of the way so music wasn’t too loud.

Parking was a little difficult due to tight space but grateful for free parking. Nothing about the room itself was inadequate

Very nice, new, family-run hotel in a perfect spot in Ksamil. It is close to restaurants and bars but is still quiet. You can chose from several beach options nearby. The owners are super nice people. The room and the whole hotel was clean. We had a perfect stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a very well-maintained and clean hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. The owner was absolutely wonderful - kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was served on the terrace basen on our menu choices and was delicious, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

owners were very argumentative from the start - rather rude bed was shocking, shaped like a W room was fine location is off main road a little simply the owner, service, shocking..... when asking for help with the bed he said to just leave. we also requested noone to access the room while we are out, which he took offense to......

The accommodation is located near the beaches, the apartment is always clean, sheets and towels are changed regularly, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent, you can choose what you want to eat. It is very quiet in the facility.

The staff was amazing. They offered perfect service, even customized. The room was extremely clean, and they cleaned it every single day. Good location, perfect staff Breakfast was super delicious with local tastes.

Well located, walking distance to the main beaches in Ksamil, the entrance is pretty and has parking inside. The staff are super friendly, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast is very tasty and complete (juice, coffee, fruit, eggs, yogurt, cereal, etc). We would definitely go back.

The breakfast area could be more nicely decorated.
