Super friendly owner. At arrival he welcomed us with cold water. He told us a lot about the country and about Përmet. Nothing was too much. The hotel is at a place on a hill, wich gives a great view on the city of Përmet. The wine he serves is made by his cousin and is actually good wine.

The location of the hotel in the middle of pine trees on a little mountain facing Permet is amazing. Even more amazing is how this family owned place is managed. The staff is amazingly friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend to stay here when visiting Permet!

We had a great time here, highly recommended! We spent the night at the hotel, had apéro and dinner with a nice sunset and view on the mountains! Staff is very welcoming and nice, open to discuss and share experiences.

The bathroom was quite small, meaning everything basically gets soaked when you use the shower.

Wonderful location. The brothers who own it were extremely welcoming and helpful - they couldn’t have done more for us. The room was modern and very clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Nice location with views of the city, mountains and river. Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was ok, but the dinner was very tasty. They helped us with the laundry and we even got a gift at the end.

The stated 9am latest checkout time may not be ideal for everyone, though we left at 9.30, with no issues. Perhaps a policy change to 10am would be easily accommodated?

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good family vibe, and interesting stories . Views and setting for meals very good. Food very good, and requests catered for at breakfast. All clean and up to date.

Rooms and deck smallish but as per advertisement.

Immaculately clean. Dining tables on lovely spacious deck enabled fantastic viewing of surrounding mountains. Quiet and peaceful. Ten minutes walk out of town but still very easy to wander into the centre for meal.

The check-out at 9 am is really too early, but fortunately they let us delay till 10 am. A thicker curtain and more hangers would have been appreciated. The shower is open and the hair dryer fixed on the bathroom wall is not safe, given that the floor gets all wet after showering

Very good hotel on top of a hill, surrounded by pine trees and very quiet at night. Beautiful view of the town and the river. The room was a good size, high quality mattress and pillows, slippers. Bathroom with window. Very good and plentiful breakfast, both salty and sweet, with fresh fruit (the butter, the fig jam and the walnut glyko were excellent), cloth napkins. Fast wi-fi, free and safe parking on site. The hosts were very kind

Everything was perfect, a wonderful discovery. The hotel is great, clean within a quiet location and an amazing view over Permeti that is right in front. The people at the hotel are amazing, so careful. Eat there too, food is excellent. Long life to this hotel!

Beautiful location with mountain views. The room was exceptionally clean with a nice modern decor and a comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with lovely toiletries provided. Breakfast was lovely and relaxed on the patio. The staff were helpful and polite. Only a short drive to the thermal pools. Would highly recommend.
