The shower door didn’t close all the way, so all of the water came out. Also the towel we got was dirty.

I loved everything. The rooms were great, we tried both the suite and a normal room, and they were both great! We planned on leaving but came back that is how much I loved it! Food was great. The one thing that stood out the most is the staff, what can I say, I have never seen more helpful, kind and welcoming staff. I forgot a bag in the hotel and they went above and beyond to get it to me- no charge. All I can say is, this is an amazing hotel, with more than just beautiful views, but beautiful staff. Thank you!

I Love this place. very welcoming staff, excellent service, comfortable rooms, very clean, swimming pool, sauna , jacuzzi etc. The Hotel is situated on that beautiful valley surrounded from mountains makes that place adorable

I would always choose to go back to this place, it is very welcoming, warm and cosy, also the food delicious. The hotel is very nice positioned with a great atmosphere and only 15 mins from Theth with plenty of unbelievable panoramic views. Thank You again ;)

Breakfast wasn’t so good - they had Buffett, but by the time we came most of it was empty - Indoor pool was cold - dinner als cart was also not the best

The night receptionist was more concerned with playing on her phone than helping us but all other staff were very friendly. The hotel was on the expensive side as well.

A good location for getting to Theth and exploring. The hotel pool was nice and the family adjoining rooms were good. The restaurant served good meals and a large selection for breakfast.

The breakfast was very heavy for me (fried food), no AC in the rooms but the night was fresh enough for it to be okay with an open window

Perfect new and modern hotel near Theth inside the Prokletije mountains. Great views from the windows, very clean and large room, bathroom with shower and bath with some massage function. Large pool inside the hotel, many parking spaces around the hotel, smaller children playground. Very kind and helpful staff. Great traditionally breakfast.

The pool area was very inviting, but the downstairs sauna rooms seemed a little foreboding. The grounds beg to be explored but have no walking trails.

Beautiful setting and a nice spot for a break before the road gets to Theth gets too crazy. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The bar/restaurant was very comfortable with great service and large portions. Our bed was perfect!

Location of hotel is nice. It is next to the road (but this is not a busy road) before the pass Qafa e Thorës. After the pass is Theth. The pass is so beautiful that it is no issue to drive a more times and for driving back out of the Albanian Alpes it is nice that you can start the way back without first having to take the pass. If you are staying long time in Theth maybe a hotel/guesthouse overthere is better, but this is the only place with four star accommodation around. Staff is friendly, bed is nice and the food in the restaurant was great.

I recently had the pleasure to stay at this amazing hotel. Second time here and I had the chance to experience all the beautiful service offered by the hotel. The exquisite cuisine & impeccable service mixed the traditional recepies with the traditional values of hospitality. Very professional staff and very friendly as well. The pool and sauna were the best relaxation after a long tiring day. The entire hotel was beautifully designed and very well maintained. You would think it’s hard to find such places in the middle of the mountains, but there you have this fascinating facility. This hotel made the trip and vacation all better, the journey and the destination most definitely worth it! Will certainly be back again soon!
