Bad cleaning, once per three days, doesn’t accept card payments, also issues with converting price to Albanian ( be careful ). They don’t have iron even in reception

Shower solution is not the best. One light in the room is turned on with moving sensor; not recommended for rooms occupied by 2 people.

Location is right at the Lungomare. Spacious free parking for the clients.

There is nothing in the bathroom to separate the shower from the rest, everytime one takes a shower the bathroom floor gets entirely flooded (but it's a sort of Albanian thing I found in almost all the hotel I stayed in); Breakfast included, but not very good.

Position right in front of the sea; Beautiful view from the room; Large private parking; Hotel newly refurbished, very clean;

The list of services mentions that the hotel accepts payments with credit cards, but in reality, they do not. Moreover, they preferred payment in cash in euros, which obliged us to find a bank to withdraw euros (not so easy). We had some problems with the cleaning lady throwing away some of our staff, but this problem was somehow repaired by the receptionist.

Nice hotel just renewed. The room was very big and with all the needed comforts. The hotel is central, especially for nightlife, and the main attractions can be easily reached. The guy at the reception is very kind and did his best to give us support and solve any issue. A small but very good breakfast with anything needed is included.

They charged us more than in the booking site (we already choose the higher price in booking because we had toddlers with us), still they charged another fee, with the excuse that they don't know to change prices in booking f or booking f was not working.... Sth similar to that, which was not very nice to face...

Wifi sometimes drop out or slow. Shower is not separated inside bathroom but there is a shower curtain, floor will get a bit wet.

It is ok for short stay all rooms come with balcony and sea view. The hotel is with 3 levels and some rooms are on the ground floor. Car can park outside.

Location was great, almost on the boulevard of Vlore. The staff was very friendly, gave us a lot of tips where to go.

1) first room on the 2nd floor, no lift made up carry all the way up , room stank of smoke 2) placed up on another floor - room dirty , soap holder broken, door handle broken , bathroom curtain covered in mould 3) stated we couldn’t pay card, not pre informed - then ended up with a load of atm and bank fees , claiming it was a 50 cent fee when in fact it’s 8 euros Dirty ran down place , would not recommend- how it had 5 stars I have no idea Breakfast appauling

I know this isn’t the cleaners thing, but there was smell from canalisation, but when we got back to our room we leaved ventilator on in bathroom and will fade away :)

We was very surprised , we got breakfast while our booking wasn’t included with breakfast, the stuff was so nice, room was cleaned well and so quiet, there is also parking for car, so it was good thing we didn’t had to think where to leave our car!

The staff were really friendly - I got to Vlore really early but they were really accommodating and allowed me to check in earlier. I had a really nice stay here and the location was amazing with the beach just a couple minutes walk away. Will definitely be coming back here!

Loved the place. It’s located on beach front, just few steps walk to the beach. All basic facilities available in room, including AC, Shower, Fridge etc. Beautiful view from balcony and full sunshine. Breakfast was included in room rent. Loads of restaurants and grocery shop nearby. Staff was very caring and amazing. I’d highly recommend this place to stay on beachfront for a comfortable experience.
