The rooms were small. The bathroom was small.and not very tidy Asked for a blanket (night time with AC running can get cool). None available Staff were not very helpful. Parking was a nightmare, and no help from staff! We were there Friday and Saturday night. This is when the house music starts. If you read the hotel info, it states some rooms may be affected by noise! What a joke! We were eating nearly 1km away when the music fired up....it was like a minor earth tremor. We seriously couldn't talk in the room when we got home. Forget the TV, impossible to hear. At 12pm it stops though. We ate at the Hotel restaurant the second night, and would recommend it. All in all, it is five star views with a 2 star service.

Poor cleanliness. After complaints the manager sorted the problems out. But also sunbeds are insufficient available for hotel guests. Additionally being rented out to day guests. Elevator out of order, no assistance offered from reception, loud base all day since located above the pool bar. Last day we were charged with bills from previous guests of the room, which should not have been even brought up since they dated prior to our check in.

this was such a nice hotel, the pool area is definitely a selling point. there is also a very nice pizza place across the road. great sunset views! and a cute cat and tortoise in the garden.

The only downside was the room cleaning service. On the first day, it was done well, but on the second day, there was no cleaning at all, despite us hanging the “Please clean the room” sign. On the third day, we had to request cleaning because we had run out of toilet paper and coffee capsules for the coffee machine, which are usually supplied daily. Even when we requested, we were told they had run out of toilet paper and were given napkins instead, and no coffee capsules were provided.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The view of the sea was absolutely stunning, and the breakfast offered a great variety of choices. The staff were very friendly, and overall, the service was good. By the pool, the service was also excellent.

There are a lot of stairs so if you have a lot of luggage be ready for that but it’s beautiful.

We came here after staying at the Inn Hotel and the difference is drastic. The pool area is amazing, they don’t have the beach seating that some places have but the cliffside cabanas are amazing and you can jump into the sea if the water is calm enough. The rooms were nice, the food and drinks were great and the girls working there are non stop. Definitely choose this over the Inn Hotel if you’re debating.

Wonderful location. The hotel is situated on the side of a cliff with direct access to the sea. You can dive right into the sea from the hotel pool. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Hospitality wasn’t great, had issues with parking which took 40 minutes to sort when we just arrived and been driving for 3 hours, pool staff were reserving beds for people and keeping them on hold for hours for guests who weren’t by the poolside. Website said about arranging watersports then when we arrived the website came down and they told us there wasn’t any (we emailed twice to ask about this prior too) - breakfast wasn’t great, eggs were overcooked everyday and limited on hot options

The rooms were well maintained, clean and modern with good AC. Loved our balcony overlooking the sea which also allowed us to watch the sunset every night. Private beach was amazing and just what we wanted.

Music was too loud during daytime in the pool bar and also there was no warnings about loud party each night until 12am, music overall way too loud and disturbing.

The biggest minus was, that even though most of the staff were nice, a couple of the “senior” staff were quite rude. As a quest a couple of times you got this feeling and that shouldn’t happen. Also, even though the pool are had a cleaner that was there every morning, she dumped some of the trash under a walk bridge into the cliffs? So there was some trash in the otherwise lovely pool area.

One of the most beautiful places i have been to. Clear water, lovely pool, nice rooms, good restaurant and decent breakfast. The pool area alone deserves a 10 rating, and with just a little work this hotel would receive a 10 rating from everybody.

The staff didn’t seem to be very prepared and very attentive. Every morning was taking over 30 minutes only to get 2 espresso and 2 bottle of water. We didn’t have the room cleaned any day of our stay, first night we asked the lady to not clean it, as it was fine but to leave new towels which she didn’t and then the next days not sure why was not cleaned. Is not totally Adult hotel, as there were plenty of family with kids.

The view and the location of the hotel are very good. The pool is fabulous, very instagrammable spot.

The welcome was a little frosty (but perhaps that's Albanian hospitality?). Parking was a bit of a pain (no directions of help from reception on arrival) - I wasn't very confident my car would be where I left it in the morning! (But it was)

View from the bedroom as amazing. the room was clean and nicely designed. The restaurant was lovely with nice food for dinner and the breakfast was fine too.

Dont take a too big lugagge, as you need to carry it up and down the floors (didnt get help from staff). No water in the room. Room for 3p was much older then the new ones. Aircon not working properly.

A beautiful cliff edge hotel. Seafront spot with a lovely pool. The hotel can do with a bit of updating as it’s got great potential! We stayed for one night on our road trip along the riviera and I’d recommend it as a stop in Vlore.
