The building was being renovated and there was no safety barriers around the stairs - pretty dangerous for little kids.

We stayed two nights. The first day breakfast was minimal as there were not a lot of guests. The second day, breakfast was served in buffet style (better) as the number of guests increased. Location is not the best: the hotel is on the main road between Lezhe and Shkodra. Both towns are located at approx 15 minutes from the hotel.

Excellent place, used both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Good food, helpful staff. Thank you for allowing to plug our EV car for slow but still some charging - recommended!

Swimming pool was cold and crowded. Very noisy, especially if it is a party in the pool. No slippers.

Breakfast was very poor and disappointing. Only cold water in shower (even after complaining no action was taken). Because of payment by creditcard a very high exchange rate (+10%!) was mandatory (felt almost like being scammed) The indoor restaurant was closed because of construction activities. This also caused a lot of noise disturbance (especially early in the morning). We were not informed about this in advance).

Not able to pay in euros. Hotel uses conversion rate € to leke of 110 so we needed to pay 10% extra. That together with fee of using card made the room rate way higher than advertised at booking.com. A large number of tiles in swimming pool are broken and sharp. There was loud music all day at the swimming pool.

We liked the number of different swimming pools. Also the rooms are okay with shutters canceling noise from the road. The food in the restaurant is good!

This is the most expensive and at the same time the dirtiest place we stayed in during our trip to Albania. Bathroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks and we even got last guests snots on the mirror. Breakfast was definitely not fresh. The hotel has 4*, so you might be thinking that maybe the staff was helpful or the spa was worth it, but no. Leave your expectations behind, as "spa" includes ONLY swimming pool which is occupied by not related to hotel swimming classes and the receptionist was awful. There are so many other places you can stay in Shkoder, so do yourself a favour and choose something else.

The ground floor of the hotel is a party center. During our stay, there was a big party till 2AM with very loud music. The rooms were definitely not sound-proof, as stated by the hotel. The staff didn't care about it.

We stayed there for 2 nights - every night there was a party and we couldn't sleep at all until 1 am - staff was not very helpful about it. When I asked for an early breakfast I was assured that we will receive it before the trip but ended up going for a trip hungry and nobody cared. The breakfast was of poor quality as well.
