Thankyou for a magic stay Silvia, for making us feel so comfortable and like family. Locations is right on the valbone hike trail but still close to town, so peaceful. We loved the hammocks, games and lovely breakfasts every morning.

A place with heart&soul&views, perfect for all nature, hiking and mountain lovers. The host Sylvia is a lovely, warm person, she gave us many great recommendations and local tips for our stay. The breakfast and dinner were outstanding, all prepared with fresh and local ingredients. The rooms are comfortable and very clean and there is a nice outdoor space to chill after hiking. Nearby there is a natural pool we called *magic eye*, it couldn’t be better. We would come back anytime!

Nice quiet little spot near the end of the Theth/Valbone trail. Very clean. Sylvia is very friendly and helpful. I dont understand why some of the other reviewers said they had problems with her, but I suspect that the problem lay with a lack of sensitivity from them rather than Sylvia. The food was probably the tastiest we had in Albania, delicious trout. Accommodation is more expensive in Theth than other towns, but this place was worth it.

Lovely peaceful location, with hammocks to lie in in the afternoon sun. Super friendly lady who runs it, who creates a super welcoming atmosphere. Food was great and got a lunch to take away with us for our day walking that was spot on. LOVED the chocolate pancake!!

Great breakfast, located above the village of Theth (outside of its crowd) with nice surroundings, different options for dinner. Expect a 20 min-hike from the bus stop to the lodge. It's on the way to Valbonë.

This property is inaccessible unless you have a 4*4. Best to park in Theth and walk up to the property else you face an impossible rally drive.

Wifi doesn't work in the rooms, just in the common area, and the signal is weak. No AC in he rooms - keep that in mind while booking - it gets really hot at night.

A fantastic property located slightly higher than town, with a lovely tranquil atmosphere! Sylvia and her family are the most welcoming and amazing hosts who make you feel welcomed from the very beginning! They have wonderful home cooked food- you have to try all the food!

Very quiet and beautiful location. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is good. Good place to start some hikes. Please Note: it is nearly impossible to enter the location by normal car. But there is a free parking near the bridge and a short 20min walk to the location.

One evening and morning there was some trouble with the electricity – it was on and off for some time.

The place is located right by the Theth-Valbona trail, so it was easy to access it. Plus, it was very quiet and peaceful there. The host was very friendly and welcoming, she even went above and beyond to acommodate our needs, picked us up at the village and helped us get back there to our car, and offered us dinner on the day of our arrival.

Be careful the house is not fully accessible by car. There is the last 15min to do by walk.

A hidden gems in Teth mountain. We have been welcomed by Silvia and she took care of our stay with lovely attention and her brilliant personality. The room is very clean and there is everything needed. The house is in a middle of the nature that allows you to disconnect and appreciate little moments. It is perfect to start some walk in the region. Breakfast is delicious. We had one night dinner as well which was a very nice dinner. I can only advise this place.

It was really a great stay, close to the hiking trail. Also, the staff was very nice and offered to help a lot with everything, so we were very thankful. One night we had dinner and it was very good. The fish we had was super tasty! As well as other dishes. The atmosphere is great, you can enjoy the garden and just sit and watch the mountains. After hiking all day to the peak and being very tired we were even offered some special juice with milk to restart. All in all, it was a pleasure to stay with them!

I first stayed at this magic place for one night as a starting point for the Peaks of the Balkans trail. It was absolutely perfect, clean, comfortable, and the family who runs the guesthouse is so kind and welcoming ! The food also was delicious, everything you need for a good day of hiking. when I finished the trail 7 days later I new I had to come back to Magic Space ! So I went back for one more night and it was still perfect !! So glad I could meet and talk to Sylva :) I wish you and your family all the best

We felt immediatly welcome in Theth by our host. Also she was kind to cook dinner for us. It will be the most traditional dish you will eat during your stay in Albania. We embarked the next day on our hike from Theth to Valbona quite early (at 6am) they were so kind to prepare for us a little foodbag which help us survive the day. We appreciated this so much.

Theth is very spread out. Just be aware it’s about a 30 min walk to where the buses drop you off on a fairly rocky road

Near the start of the Theth-Valbonë trail so shaves a bit of time off. The room was clean and the bed comfy. We were looked after and given a nice sandwich for the trail the next day.

Sylvia, the host was super nice and helpful, she did everything to make us feel at home. Food was amazing and a lot! The place is fairly new and nicely decorated, rooms are super clean and spacious. If you want to do the Theth - Valbona hike, the place is perfectly located a bit outside Theth right next to the track.
