Regarding the beach access, the guest is informed at the check-in that at the check-out day the beach access is not included. The beach access is for how many days you have the reservation and since the beach zone is calculated for the room numbers that the Hotel has, the access of your room can not be offered to you and to the other reservation at your check out day. While for the pool access, as you have it on booking.com it is with additional charge. We are really sorry for the situation with the receptionist since she was new and was just following the procedures of the prices that we have, we hope to welcome you back at the Hotel so we can improve this time your stay at our Hotel.
