Exactly as advertised, perfect for getting bus the next morning and they included breakfast. Staff were wonderful, assisted with taxi after we dropped car back to airport.

The people at reception were very sweet. Melvinia (the lady with her baby Kia) was so kind, friendly and so helpful. The others were very friendly and helpful too.

Every time we went to the hotel restaurant, either for lunch or dinner, we found the food to be in short supply. Could never have the items we wanted to eat as they would be finished by the time we’d reach.

Everything was fine

Very nice hotel. When we arrived, was possible already to check in. Hotel was clean and quiet. Bonus: take away breakfast in case of early check out (I had such option first time in life).

It’s a 1st class hotel & Lovely staffs , We asked for late check out 12 to 3 pm , they don’t even charge. They allow to stay free. Hotel they provide the taxi to Air port for just £12 , out side fares is more than £20 .

My experience was great, I liked the hotel and the rooms. The location is excellent, very close to the biggest mall in Tirana, there are outdoor seating, a cafe, and a free children's play area attached to the hotel. The breakfast was varied and delicious, suitable for children as well. The staff were very nice and attentive to the smallest details. They helped me with everything. I highly recommend visiting it, and the price for the services is excellent compared to other hotels. I have moved between more than one hotel, but I liked this hotel in all the details.

A spacious well resourced room. A superb bathroom. Very large! Very pleased we stayed here as adjacent to the bus station and made our bus departure the next day stress free. Great amenities with the shopping mall part of the complex as well. Staff were absolutely superb and helpful.

Not much to dislike. Only thing was our power went off during the night but staff quickly fixed that when we told them in the morning.

A little far from downtown

A clean and comfortable room steps away from the bus station and the mall. On Google maps it looks like it is across the highway, but after you exit from the bus it is literally just upstairs. The city bus to town is right there. The mall is next door. Good buffet breakfast. The staff were exceptional! The best place to stay if catching the bus.

The hotel is in a great location for East Gate bus station and the room was spacious and clean. Lots of nice added extras such as tea bags and slippers, and a good breakfast included. The receptionist was super helpful and printed out our bus tickets for us when we checked in. Also a big shopping centre and supermarket next door.

It was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel.

If you book an activity, they will not pick you up from the hotel

Staying close to the beach, I felt safe as a solo traveller. The laid-back holiday vibe was perfect, and the cleanest place I’ve stayed in Albania. George and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive.

The bathroom was quite small, but this posed no issue for me as I was a solo traveller.
