How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This was the second time we went and they improved the place, it is renovated, clean room, sheets and towels. It is located very close to the beach and two sunbeds and umbrella are provided and is excellent. At the same time is close to shops, restaurants, bakery and the promenade that is great for evening walks. The staff is great and hospitable and always trying to meet your requirements.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, everything works perfectly. The beach within the hotel is clean, free sunbeds. The reception staff are wonderful, they guide you to everything you need.. We had an amazing time. Highly recommended.

The surrounding but nothing with the location it self, a lot of building under construction.

toilet was kinda weird about water flow, after shower there is water all over place, you gotta be super careful about it. but it is kinda the Albanian thing about bathrooms.
Hosts were really nice. The girl was at the desk was super cute! they were ready to help with everything, as much as they could, also let us enter the room earlier and gave us access to free umbrella for day extra.

Location is great, rooms were clean and plenty of room, lift looks new and works great. Staff very friendly and helpful, gave us a kettle and cups, recommended a fabulous restaurant close by and arranged taxi’s for us. Very nice bakery close to the hotel for breakfast croissants.

Everything was great

The owner- Tony (Klinton) is an excellent host. He makes sure that the guests are taken care of and can enjoy their holiday without any concerns.

Everything was good, clean and comfy. The staff were very helpful. The toiled was great 😊 you can enjoy your prefer song in the mirror while u are taking a bath, I didn’t see such good choice anywhere else👌👌. The only thing that should check is air conditioner it makes so noise during night, that’s keep me awake.

I recently stayed at this nice hotel in Golem Beach during winter, and it was an incredibly peaceful and relaxing experience. The hotel boasts a prime location very close to the beach. While Golem is quieter in the winter months, this only added to the charm, as I enjoyed the tranquility and the fresh sea breeze. The room was spacious, cozy, and well-equipped with modern amenities, and the heating system kept us warm and comfortable throughout the stay. The staff was super-friendly and helpful. Overall, it was an exceptional winter stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway by the sea.

The hotel is really affordable and good. The owner Klinton really does everything to ensure that you as a guest are comfortable and feel welcome! We had our budget room that we booked changed to a newly built room that was brand new without us asking for it. That's what I call good service! I recommend Hotel Miami beach if you are thinking of going to Golem and want an affordable, nice hotel with outstanding service. The hotel has sunbeds and umbrella free on the beach.

- Super friendly 5* staff in this hotel and it is in an excellent location. Highly recommend staying here! Really close to the beach but set back a bit so more relaxing vibe. -Very close to supermarket, one small supermarket, and halal pizza restaurant. Local fruit stalls selling fresh fruit etc. -Hotel and room immaculately clean, fresh room towels every day - perfect stay to enjoy the beach at Golem. -Fantastic aircon, shower, and bidet shower / jet spray for toilet. We loved it here 🌅🇦🇱 Thank you very much / shummmm flm 🌅🇦🇱
