Hotel is on good location, rooms were clean and comfy. I liked the parking also.

The grass on the beach is poorly cleaned. Parasol and sunbeds standard and poorly maintained.

From breakfast to accommodation and staff, everything is commendable. Excellent value for money. I would recommend to anyone.

Just the AC going off and us getting hot at night. It would shut off from the main power unit in the room and we tried to reset it it wouldn't work.

I was there with my 3 kids and mother in law we loved it it was a nice relaxing get away the food was amazing. The staff was great. The only issue we had was the AC would shut off in the middle of the night and we couldn't turn it on so that needs to be fixed. But everything else was great!

Shower drain was not fully functional so the bathroom got flooded a little. No hangers for the towels in the bathroom or the bedroom. Breakfast was not cooked fresh - the crepes were very chewy!

Great room, very comfy and everything that we needed was there. Fantastic location, very comfortable bed and a big screen TV with Netflix and sports channels to help relax in the evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is still limited with only 3 options for the meal. All of them were tasty but if the hotel isn't going to provide a breakfast buffet it would be nice to maybe have a few more breakfast options, maybe 5 or 6. There were only 3 drink options which too was a bit surprising, we tried the orange juice and the coffee but didn't try the glass of milk option for obvious reasons. I think many of the visitors from Kosovo drink milk in the morning with breakfast that's probably why it was offered. The other thing that we didn't really like was that the room had to be inspected before we could complete the checkout. It only took 2 minutes and of course there was no issue but it gave the impression that maybe they didn't trust us. I understand that they want to avoid damage to the rooms but the cleaning staff should report any damage throughout the stay if there is any. Overall, we were very happy.

The hotel is in a perfect location right next to the beach! The rooms were very clean and the price was competitive. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were well maintained. There was no noise from the other guests and we loved the balcony and big bathroom. The view from the balcony was Instagram worthy! The restaurant downstairs was wonderful, we didn't have dinner in there as we preferred to eat in our rooms but we got pizza a couple of nights and it was delicious and very well priced, roughly 5 euros per pizza!!

Given the option: UNFORTUNATELY I would definitely GO TO ANOTHER hotel, avoid the agro from dealing with attitude issues that arise from family run businesses-which is counterintuitive really, because you'd think they would be more sensitive to repeat business. There are plenty along the beach, and not more expensive than this one (cheaper, if anything). As I was signing in to the hotel, having booked on bookings.com - I received a few messages from the owner THREATENING LEGAL ACTION?! if I didn't turn up? I mean, the cancelling option on the site was £150 so MAYBE it wasn't necessary for the messages. From the start, I got very rude attitude from who I assume was the daughter of the owner (or related to the owner) - she was the only one that didn't wear the usual uniform of the hotel. This was unfortunate because apart from her, all the other workers from the reception and restaurant staff were very polite. I was also told by her at the start of my stay ehat the stay included, that sheets would be changed every day as well as a change of towels. When I asked the manager (who appeared to be related to her) she said the change of sheets was every 3 days. It didn't make much of a difference to me, I was there solo even though I booked an apartment (could house at least 3 people comfortbaly) but didn't like the fact that they'd say one thing at the start and something different later. I was there for 5 nights so would have thought a change of sheets would not have been a massive expense to them especially at such a high daily cost. The attitude from that one person really needs to change - her answers to my basic questions were always very short and rude, almost like they were losing money and paying me to stay there!

The location was right on the beach, and it helped that the weather was decent for the most part. The hotel has a restaurant on ground floor with ok menu (not too many options but fine). Parking and breakfast are included in price and I managed to get a beach chair included after speaking to the owner on the phone.

We had booked 4 nights but left after 3. The air conditioning (AC) didn't work for the first two days. After repeated complaints, the staff finally took us seriously on the third day. We had a 10-month-old baby and couldn't sleep at all during the night due to the temperature. The breakfast was extremely boring, with no fruit or anything at all beside eggs and some pancakes. The restaurant's restrooms were also dirty. The hotel staff also entered our room without understanding not to disturb; no system showed if the room was occupied or not. We had a sleeping baby when they just opened the door. Unheard of! I absolutely cannot recommend this place. I have visited alot of hotels in my life all over the place and this is in my opinion not worth more than 2 stars. One of the worst experiences ever. We will never visit this place again or recommend it to anyone. Waste of money!
