Great place to stay… very attentive, a great dinner with a stunning view. Room very modern. Raphael gave us a ride to the Blue Eye car park ( or busy narrow road walk from Molla taking about 2hr) for a reasonable fee compared to taxi in town. Town centre ( small store, start of trail and lots of guesthouses) is about 45min walk, either on road or by walking track leading from garden of Molla. Great place to stay, highly recommend.

At first I thought the reviews were fake because they were all 9-10, but after staying here, I see why. Staff was friendly and welcoming, the views are gorgeous, rooms clean, and the food is good. What more can you ask for! Highly recommend:)

This was the highlight of our trip in the North. Very close to the start of the hike (or ending). The rooms were gorgeous, great beds, and the hospitality was top notch. Most importantly the food was perfect - get the casserole you won’t regret it. I wish we could have stayed another night.

Nothing. Just a note for people without car, like us. It is a 30min walk to/from the village center. No issues for us, but worth to mention.

Standing out by quality of the room, bathroom, breakfast, staff and amazing surroundings. It is such a green quiet place, absolutely amazing. The family is more than friendly, taking great care of their guests. The breakfast in the garden is the best start of the day.

Best guesthouse in Theth! Absolutely amazing views of the mountains from everywhere on the property including our room and the front garden. Breakfast and dinner was exceptional, and we were able to get lunch packs for hiking. The family running the guesthouse were incredible, they were so warm and welcoming and truly made it feel like home. We wished we could have stayed longer. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here

Since there is no AC, it could be nice to have mosquito nets on the windows, so guests can enjoy fresh air at night while still being comfortable. Adding some shading to the windows would also make the rooms even more pleasant.

This was a wonderful experience! The location and views are truly exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home. For example, when we were sitting outside and they noticed my son was a bit cold, one of them immediately brought him a blanket — such a thoughtful gesture. The garden is beautiful, and the food is absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

Great spot close to theth. The mountain views are spectacular. There is a very relaxed atmosphere in the guest house and it is located close to the start of the Valbona hike, which is a great hike with spectacular views. Recommended!

This is one of the most beautiful and charming places I've ever been, and I've visited most of Europe. Wonderful hosts, delicious, homemade food, atmospheric rooms, wonderful views, a fairytale-like and idyllic setting... It's difficult to get to on a winding, narrow road, but it's worth it. Set off the main road about 5 minutes drive from the main Theth village, this guest house is a hidden gem. With a bucolic setting looking out onto the mountains, it is a reappointed farm house with a beautiful garden area for guests to relax. Dinner can be purchased and offered generous home-made cooking. Breakfast was copious and delicious.

We LOVED our stay here. Favourite accommodation of our whole trip. We couldn't believe we were staying in such a beautiful place. I would come back to Albania just to stay here. The family who run it are so nice, very welcoming and always up for a chat. Its so special to be welcomed into their space, and to support folks who have been here for generations. The building itself is beautiful, and they've done a great job keeping the traditional design while making it comfortable, clean and cosy. We stayed in the newer rooms on the upper level and it was BEAUTIFUL. Comfy bed, great bathroom. Breakfast was delicious - more than we could eat, really reasonable price and delicious traditional food made by your lovely hosts. Made even more special getting to eat it looking off down into the valley. Also - the township of Theth feels busy and very much under construction. I absolutely recommend staying here - its only a short walk into the town but you feel genuinely secluded.

A lovely quiet house in a lovely place with a beautiful view. We loved it. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, good breakfast and an optional dinner with different menu options. Free parking on the site. We had the impression we were far away from everything, just nature !
