Actually there is nothing did not satisfy me.

There’s so much to say about this hotel, but first and foremost, I want to congratulate the amazing people who run it. Their friendliness, their genuine hospitality, the way they go out of their way to help and please you with thoughtful suggestions – everything they do is truly sincere and exceptional. The location of the hotel is perfect — just a 3–5 minute walk to many of Ksamil’s beach clubs. When you enter the room, the first thing you notice is the fresh, clean scent. Even though it’s close to the center, the hotel remains very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with fully functional air conditioning and showers. When it comes to dinner, there’s no need to look for another restaurant in Ksamil. Just head downstairs to the hotel’s restaurant and enjoy incredibly delicious meals. We’re honestly regretful we didn’t eat at Nebo every day — it’s absolutely recommended! Greetings from Turkey 👋🏼

I really enjoyed our time at NEBO Hotel! The owners were always extremely friendly and worried about everything! Make sure to try their restaurant if you want real Albanian cuisine! Thank you very much for everything! PS: the breakfasts were amazing!

The only thing I didn't like was the curtains, they were not a blackout, and also, it would be great to have a small clothes line in the bathroom to put you wet clothes to dry after the beach.

Super cute place, fabulous breakfast, it is a family business and they are super friendly and always willing to help. They let us do an early check in, which was super appreciated. I would definitely come back. We also tasted the traditional Albanian pies that they sell in their restaurant and it was delicious.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The owners were really super hospitality!!! They arranged a cab for us from Sarande Haven. The hotel is 1 minute walk from the beach. At the hotel you can enjoy a delicious traditional Albanian food in the evening. What is on the menu cannot be found anywhere else in Ksamil! Highly recommended! Breakfast was fine and fresh. We had a carefree vacation in Ksamil! We will definitely come back!

The owners made us feel so welcome and like we were staying in their home rather than a hotel! They were quick to solve a small problem that arose and made the stay wonderful! Would 100% stay here again! Location was also fantastic - 2 minute walk to the beach

We liked EVERYTHING!

What an amazing stay we had! Lovely and friendly people. Clean spacious rooms, big bathroom, a fridge, comfortable beds. It’s a lovely family owned business, eventhough some of them spoke very little English we still were able to understand each other. I had a washing that needed to be done and they did it for me (for €10 euros, which is very decent, it was a lot of clothes) and folded it neatly and gave it to us our second day. The restaurant needs it’s own review, cause DAMN!! First of all that breakfast was TOP NOTCH! Everything fresh again, so yummy. But that dinner… That might have been the best traditional albanian food we ate during our entire stay in Albania. It felt like I was eating at my mother’s. Such fresh and authentic food. Everything made from scratch right then and there! By grandmom. You need to eat at there restaurant! It’s delicious. We had the Köfte, greek salad, stuffed peppers, dolma and the traditonal pie. Everything was abalone DELICIOUS! 🤤 it was fully booked every night we were there! We also went 2 times to the restaurant to try different things since we liked it so much. Says enough, right? 😌

We had a fabulous trip to this family run hotel, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean the staff, always avaliable to address any issue, we only had one issues this was with the wifi not working but the hotel provided the restaurant wifi for us to use. We would highly recommend Nebo hotel. Local to all beaches and shops. Had a fantastic time, Albania was very inspiring for me as an artist/painter where i painted and left them a gift looking forward to going back Thanks NEBO

We stayed 7 days in Ksamil at Nebo Hotel . - The location is very close to the beach and also center - The staff os great , they were all very helpfull, friendly and professional - The hotel is very clean - A very tasty traditional Albanian restaurant ( Mëndra) is located directly on the ground floor. - The nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes away. We enjoyed the Trip in Ksamil and we will be back soon :) Big thanks . Ghada & Sofia .

The main hall is without air conditioning, the doors were open to allow the air to circulate. Still sometimes very hot.

I didn’t like the breakfast. We thought that is bufet but they have 6 menus to choose from . They are quite small as well. Maybe for some it’s ok but we were just expected a bufet breakfast like most of the hotel offer now .

My only single issue was that the balcony was small, and was not particularly private as it overlooked the restaurant which means we didn't use it. If I was to book again (which I would if returning) I probably would not get the balcony room as we did not get the use out of it. Personally, the mattress was too hard for me which disturbed my sleep. But that is a personal preference.

The staff were so lovely- kind and thoughtful. Clearly work long hours as they were there morning and night! Genuinely made the stay lovely. The room was big, great air con. We were given everything we needed for our stay. The place was spotless and made up/cleaned daily. The breakfasts were really nice - fresh fruit, good coffee etc. I would also recommend the restaurant to eat in - the food is really nice.

If you have a very light sleep, it might be a little too loud for you. We could sometimes hear other guests in the hallway and cars on the street in front of the hotel (we sleep with the window open). A few more options in the room for hanging up the beach towels to dry would be great. You should consider bringing enough cash to pay for your stay as the card machine seem to only function sometimes

The location was absolutely fantastic, you can walk to all sites; 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the main-street of Ksamil for supermarkets etc. The owners of the hotel were absolutly great! Super friendly, helpful and very attentive. Our a la card breakfast was prepared fresh every morning and it was delicious! You can choose between 5 different options. The room was clean and spacious. You can park your car in a parking lot right opposite the hotel. Costs are 200 AL per day. There were plenty of spaces free when we parked there. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Very charming and familiar stay. The owners were outstanding friendly and helpful. The location is also perfect in a quiet street next to the busy beach. Also a must is to have dinner in the albanian restaurant within the hotel.

The hotel is fantastic, the rooms are modern, clean and bright. the hotel is not too big which is nice if you are looking for a private and calm place. It is located in the middle of Kasamil only a few minutes away from the beach. The staff is super friendly and takes care of everything you wish for. The restaurant serves very tasty and authentic food. The only improvement I could think of would be a shower curtain in the bathroom ;) Besides that it was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful family run hotel. Really spacious bedroom, excellent facilities and lovely staff. The restaurant in the evening served typical Algerian food, one of the best meals we had in Albania.
