The hotel is a bit far from the central places in my opinion

The staff was very friendly, the owner drove me to the bus station for 1500 lekh, (spontaneously, because I was about to miss my bus) very kind and nice guy! The rooms were clean, nice ac and everything was very good.

On the breakfast area outdoor other clients were smoking we couldn't really enjoy our breakfast.

The staff were super nice and ready to assist, the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well.

Well sized room, sea view with Corfu, comfy bed, Breakfast with a choice of cereals, bread, jams, cakes, omelette were cold, but they improved next day. Overall good value, small family run hotel. A bit faraway from the center but if You like ( long ) walking It's not a big issue.

the hotel is new on booking and such as building too. Young staff without experience. the exception is the receptionist (lady) The hotel management must buy an emergency generator for an extreme blackout (it happened) Saranda is a very nice town but its location on the mountain slope makes walking or driving almost impossible. I do not recommend for oldest than 50

Hotel is very far away from Sarande center which is where most restaurants and night activities is ongoing (50 min walk). Water splashes all around when showering (no door or curtain) and not sure what the hotel could do about it but some other clients (full families) were quite loud and unpolite

Personnel was very nice and friendly and adapted to our requests! The rooms are big and comfortable! Room cleaning was nicely done. Breakfast has great variety and there is a mini parking in front. There is Mango beach nearby you could go to (5min walk). Overall price is nice

We liked everything. Our room was at the back, with a balcony, but without a nice view. But considering the price, it really was okay. In case of staying longer, if possible, ask for a room at the front.

Very good location close to the beach, with free parking. Clean room with comfortable beds. Very good breakfast with a lot of choice. Quiet, without noice from loud music or traffic, as there is sometimes elsewhere in Saranda. Good value for money, with friendly staff!

The hotel was very clean and in the location is very good near to everything (middle of the town). The staff are very friendly and supportive, specially the receptionist girl “Alba”, She is very helpful and guid/advice and show the tours places where to visit. Really appreciate her support here. The only issue I had was the air conditioning that takes time to cool the room. Considering the temperature of the town, a faster AC would have been heaven.

The hotel is very nice and quite close to beaches like Mango beach and Saranda port. Alba was very helpful and professional. She has a real passion for the job. Always wanted to help. She helped with cabs from town when we almost missed our appointments. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The rooms were cleaned everyday. We enjoyed every second of our stay. Highly recommend.

We had good time there, nice view, good breakfast, and our receptionist Alba was very kind, she makes this place better. She gave us some tips and she found taxi for us because we travelled to Blue eye destination.

There is another building standing in front and covering a little bit of the sea. There's nothing to worry about. Walking to the beach takes close to nothing. The mirror in the room was too much for the feng shui of the space but it wasn't a big deal.

All essentials were there, the place was clean, we had cleaning service, a balcony and very yummy breakfast! 😋 Parking is also there, and it made us calm about the potential scratches from the crazy drivers 😜
