It’s amazing value for money in that area but there are small bits of maintenance that could really overall improve the quality of the house, such as the garden with a bit of pruning could be amazing or I also saw maggots in the buns at the side of the house which is easily avoidable

The guy who runs it was very kind and helpful and went above and beyond to advise me with next steps for my trip which is very much appreciated. The location is a 7 minute walk to the strip with cafes and bars

Breakfast it's says it's served from 8 to 9 we went at 8:30 and there was ham and cheese sandwiches on the table, and some grapes. No coffee. No one from the staff around at Breakfast time. Also they put on display our own bred so I don't know if the grapes were also from other guest. lol

Great value for money. Nice patio, nice atmosphere. AC in the room. Big kitchen and hang out area. Hot water in the shower.

There were frequent power cuts during our stay and suddenly it was all black out in washrooms. At night these blackouts were bit scary. Lack of towels and they could give none to me. Lack of toilet roll in washroom and noone paid attention for refill. One common washroom between 4 rooms on one floor and each room had 4 beds. Kitchen was untidy and old.

Pocket friendly for budgeted traveler. There are no public transport in the city and hence reaching to the hostel seemed a hassle from bus however, we could only make it to the hostel coz the owner came to receive us at bus stop. Grocery stores were at 8 min walk. City centre was 22 min walk.

The place is more run down and less clean than the pictures. The internet wasn’t very fast.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the owner even offered to drive us to Tirana because he had to go himself!!

A bit chilly at night given how open-air it is. The downstairs bathroom just has a shower curtain for its toilet stall - not a door you can lock. The employee (Cooper) seemed a bit too baked to answer my questions, but he was kind!

I paid 1 euro for my bed and had a great experience here. Slept well, nice chill place with a big backyard. Big private bathroom too. Towel included in the price.

There were couple of men (already staying guests) in the common room who were always making bad comments about women and extremely sexist remarks which made a little bit uncomfortable, well I didn't bother to talk to them and I was minding my own business, it's not a review on the hostel itself but general remark that's all. Hostel altogether was super nice.

It's absolutely worth the money, it's located right in the middle of the old bazaar which gives you the opportunity to stroll through the baazar. It's also accessible by walking from the main bus station and almost all the tourist locations are accessible by walk. The hostel is super clean and well maintained. Highly recommended for budget travelers or solo travellers.

The place was really damp, the walls were wet as well as the bedding. On our last night stay we had cockroach in the room. Only few of the personal belonging lockers were functional. The toilet had curtain instead of door and it was in same room as shared showers.

The people working there were really nice, talkstive and made overall experience a good one. Also the place was good location and price. Option to order minibus to Theth directly from in front of the hostel.

Our second night we only had a fan so it was super hot. Shared toilet didn't have a lock. Included brealfast was minimal.

The 1 st floor was fine but the 2nd floor needs revamping ( no lock in the toilets, broken toilet seat etc) and the whole place needs cleaning ( unclean floor, toilets with dried puke in it) toilet papier Always pissing.

We stayed here 1 night before heading to Valbona to do the hike to Theth! They were kind enough to let us park our car on the property for 3 days while we were hiking.

We were offered some rental bikes, but they were very old. Not in good conditions. There was no door in the toilet, just a curtain, so once another person opened it while I was inside. There were only 3 showers: one of them wasn't working, another one had only hot water (impossible to use, It burnt) and the last one was okey. The kitchen depend on electricity and there were lots of cuts on It, so It was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was include, but as we were going to a trip at 6:45h they told us we will be given something to take away, but we never received it.

It had air conditioning which was really important because it was very hot during our stay (July). And the room was okey. They also helped us with the reservation of the trip to Shala River and it was affordable and very nice and comfortable.

The curtain for the toilet door was an odd one as a female traveller, but its wasn’t too busy at the time so I could just lock the main bathroom door.
