This hostel is a wonderful little hostel. It’s a beautiful big house and really gives big family vibes. Marsit the owner is incredibly lovely and accommodating. He made sure I had everything I needed and was always available if needed. Very good price. Nice little kitchen and outside area. It’s honestly just super cute and casual. Definitely not super fancy but it’s super cute and simple. Aircon in the rooms too which is great. Also has free washing and drying.

A little bit of a walk from main city centre but not too far.

The guy who runs it was very kind and helpful and went above and beyond to advise me with next steps for my trip which is very much appreciated. The location is a 7 minute walk to the strip with cafes and bars

It’s amazing value for money in that area but there are small bits of maintenance that could really overall improve the quality of the house, such as the garden with a bit of pruning could be amazing or I also saw maggots in the buns at the side of the house which is easily avoidable

Very unfriendly staff, we paid in cash in the afternoon and saw him a couple of times before going to bed but the man woke us up at 1:30 in the morning by banging on the door saying we didn’t pay

Great value for money. Nice patio, nice atmosphere. AC in the room. Big kitchen and hang out area. Hot water in the shower.

Breakfast it's says it's served from 8 to 9 we went at 8:30 and there was ham and cheese sandwiches on the table, and some grapes. No coffee. No one from the staff around at Breakfast time. Also they put on display our own bred so I don't know if the grapes were also from other guest. lol

Pocket friendly for budgeted traveler. There are no public transport in the city and hence reaching to the hostel seemed a hassle from bus however, we could only make it to the hostel coz the owner came to receive us at bus stop. Grocery stores were at 8 min walk. City centre was 22 min walk.

There were frequent power cuts during our stay and suddenly it was all black out in washrooms. At night these blackouts were bit scary. Lack of towels and they could give none to me. Lack of toilet roll in washroom and noone paid attention for refill. One common washroom between 4 rooms on one floor and each room had 4 beds. Kitchen was untidy and old.

Great location, good common areas. Lots of space.

I spent one night got moved beds twice and despite asking for a bottom bunk got moved to a top bunk in the end.

Backyard

Toilets are with curtains and the ac is really loud and bad also the beds are dangerous because it’s haigh and no safety

Beautiful place. Havanna vibes 🌴 Nice people. Good location. Near old town but away from all the noice.

We had breakfast 3 days out of 6. So dont count on it. One sandwich or burek each. No drinks served. Other than that this hostel is 10/10 👌

Internet is Not Working on First floor- breakfast will bring Between 8 and9 there are Dome bread standing on the table is confusing Need a bettet System

No one there to check us in - unclear where we should stay Broken toilet seat No locks on doors Toilet spouts water at you when flushed Ladder on bunk bed hanging off by one nail - so dangerous Bunk bed super wobbly and unstable - of no one underneath would tip over All of the above have been mentioned in previous reviews and could be easily fixed but have not Breakfast included in booking but unclear what this was if anything so in the morning there was nothing left so we did not have anything

Family run business with amazing hospitality and unique vibe.

The price

The receptionist seemed very pushy and unwelcoming. The property also advertised free breakfast but there was no breakfast to be seen. The bedrooms lock form the outside which poses as a problem when you’re in a dorm with others as you can never lock the door unless you all leave together. Wifi doesn’t work in bedrooms. No toilet paper. People smoking weed in rooms.

The have nice garden out side Good location waking distance for the city center

Amazing host, big football fan. Helped with questions and recommendations. Also willing to arrange the transport to Theth. We could store our luggage while we were out hiking for a day.

The shower was a bit loose and could easily fall down. The pillows were a bit big and weren’t very comfortable. But we would still stay there again in the future.

Great garden, nice location, good terraces

Sleazy man sat on my bed. Kept asking to give me a foot massage, share my shower and offered me his bed too. Not cool ever for staff to act like this. Power plugs do not work in dorms either. I left to avoid him. Wasn't even an Albanian.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the owner even offered to drive us to Tirana because he had to go himself!!

The place is more run down and less clean than the pictures. The internet wasn’t very fast.
