The only thing that wasn’t great was the Wi-Fi, but traveling in Albania, it seems to be typical. 😅 Besides that, it was great!

Facility was nicer than what was expected. We travelled with a team of 16. And the staff work was exceptional. Super friendly, always helpful. Eri went out of the way to help us. Definitely would recommend planning to be back again sometime. The space of rooms was large and very clean.

Lovely modern rooms, large comfortable bed. Towels changed daily, rooms spotless. Staff welcoming and helpful, courteous and professional attitudes. Small shop and bakeries within 1 minute walk, central location within easy walking distance of the centre of Tirana and the lovely Tirana park.

The bathroom is really narrow (room 201), but still fine. You have to close the door in order to get into the shower. They don't have a laundry service, but there is a shop nearby, you have to go there on your own.

Nice staff, all speak english. Calm and cozy room, nicely furnished.

You can hear all your neighbours talking, moving around and closing doors. Also the temperature in the shower didn't last, you had to keep adjusting it.

There is always a reason (or reasons) why the place is evaluated less than 9.0+ - No ligh bulbs in some lamps - Internet connection is very poor - No glasses or serving pieces in the room - Dome railings in the toilet are broken - The temperature in the shower drops and raises like crazy

The facilities were exceptionally clean and nice. Additionally, the staff was amazing. They were very helpful and welcoming. Every time I walked in or our they greeted me and asked how my day was or how they could help me with anything. When I actually needed help with contacting my taxi driver, one of them talked to the taxi driver even though his shift had just ended. The service was excellent. I have never felt more relaxed. I would recommend Hotel Pandora Residence to anyone.

The green light was a little strong and the door should have been a little more closed because a little air was coming in .

Very good and clean hotel. It is the perfect choice if you are looking for a bathtub . They have free wifi and TV . The bed was very comfortable and I will visit again.

It was a really nice stay. Spacious clean and comfortable room, enough toiletries and a very comfortable bed. We had a very short stay there, but it was a perfect room for us. And due to hospitality of the person working there, we were able to fing the right bus station :) He asked us where we were going next and pointed out that we should go to another bus station, not the one I thought we should go. Helped with information and taxi, so we were able to come there on time.
