Just Amazing

A very nice stay on the top of the hill overlooking the city of Himara, very helpful hosts. The hotel is super clean. Easy to find on google maps. Close to the centre of Himara. 3-4 min drive or 10 min walk. I will be back Breathtaking view!!!

If you were hesitant, then don’t be anymore. You are going to fall in love with the view. There are rooms with kitchen and rooms without, I had one without but there was a fridge. Well equipped: air conditioning, table and chairs on the balcony, shutters and the woman kindly brought me a plate, some cutlery and even a kettle. Very clean. The couple who run this place is SO nice, that te fact we don’t speak the same language is absolutly not a problem, they even learned me some words and were very open to discussion. The hotel is little high up so you have a little path to climb but you can access by car and it offers you a magical view. It also keeps you away from the noise without being so far of beaches and the city ( 5/10 minutes by walking ) I will definitly come back if I go back in Himarë.

I spent 5 wonderful days at Paradise View, with a spectacular view from the terrace. The apartment was very clean, the terrace was very large, and the center of Himare is just a 10-minute walk away. The owners are two really kind people who are always available to help. I really recommend the stay to visit the Himare and surroundings.

The road to get to the place is difficult to navigate and very steep and rough. Need to have a good car and be agile to walk down to the beach

Great location, short walk to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants, a bit steep but good for exercise. Wonderful sea and mountain views. Great communication with property managers, they were very kind and helpful. A video how to find this place was sent in advance as this property would have been a bit tricky to find otherwise. We initially took the wrong driving route to the property, which led us up a steep, narrow one-way road that felt a bit uneasy. We highly recommend driving all the way through town and taking the back road up to the property instead—it’s much easier and less stressful.

Our stay in Himarë was wonderful. The hotel was spotless and offered a breathtaking view from our room. It’s a family-owned property, and the owners were incredibly kind and accommodating. The location is perfect—just a short, easy walk into town and to all the nearby beaches. We especially loved starting each morning with coffee on the balcony, overlooking the mountains and the sea. The host was amazing! He sent us a lot of information about how to get to the property and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The host was super friendly and helpful, helping with taxis and food recommendations. The view is absolutely gorgeous from this accommodation. It is a steep hill getting up so definitely recommend getting a taxi from below.

The walk up the hill to get back to the property was a bit brutal everyday, but it was good fitness !. We rented a scooter but were too scared to take it up to the property as the road is very steep and gravel so we just walked back up instead, we didn’t mind it too much, that’s just our personal preference. Walls are abit thin so you can hear a lot. There was no rubbish bin in the room. But overall we loved our stay and would recommend! Nice room and very nice hosts.

Nikos parents were extremely lovely people, although they didn’t speak English they loved communicating with us via google translate, very hospitable and accommodating, when we arrived we had walked a long way in the heat and they brought us cold water straight away as they could see we were very hot and tired. The view from the property is amazing ! Nice rom with ac.

Lovely, friendly hosts. The room was very comfortable and up to the standard. I recommend booking the sea view as it is absolutely stunning. The walk up the hill can be challenging but it’s good exercise and you get to see more of Himara.

Beach access might be challenging for elderly people.

Perched on the hillside this lovely 3 story hotel overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. Accessible via a dirt road from the mountain side you can easily drive to the property with a small car (parking available). A steep road takes you directly down the hill to the pebble beach. Allow 10 minutes and expect to have your heart pumping on the return trip back up the hill via a rocky path. The room was adequately fitted with a fridge, sink, spacious bathroom and the bed was comfortable. Shout out to the hosts, would stay again.
