The smell of the bathroom that filled even the room was unbearable. Hope they fix it soon! We left the windows open for fresh air but the smell was constantly there and not going.

The only downside is the walk to the beach, which goes along the main road without a pavement, so you need to be careful. Apart from that, everything else was very good. The staff were supportive and always ready to help.

It was a good hotel overall. The beach beds are definitely a big plus, and everything was clean and well-organized. Breakfast was good, with tasty coffee to start the day.

The rooms are small, our bedsheets and towels had some stains and the beds in the beach were pretty dirty too.

The only downside was that the room, especially the “triple” we stayed in, was slightly on the small side. However, everything else made up for it, and we had a great stay overall.

This is a very nice beach hotel — exceptionally clean with a very good breakfast and super friendly staff. The location is fantastic, especially if you prefer not to use a car, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance.

The bed sheets were dirty and also some of the towels. They did take care of this but things like that should not be happening at a four star hotel. The breakfast was not good at all. They did not clean the room for 2 nights stays. One of the receptionist was very rude and arrogant while the other receptionist the blonde girl was very nice. The hotel itself was new and I feel there is a lot of potential but they should immediately start and focus on their problems.

The location was good, the waiters were really nice especially one of them whose name I cannot remember. I also liked the fact that they had an underground parking.

The walk to the beach is a bit weird... Either through another hotel's parking or through a construction site (by the way, there's a huge hotel under construction between the hotel and the beach, we didn't hear much noise from there, but it's just not so pleasant to look at). We had an issue with the shower water temperature, we told them and they came to check it out. It was nice to get some immediate attention from the hotel's staff, but after that they didn't say anything else so we don't know if the issue was fixed. Another thing to know that's not really the hotel's issue is that we went to this hotel thinking we're going to experience some nightlife on the beach and then get back to the accommodation easily, but then apparently it's illegal to have music on the beach from 12 am onwards on Dhermi beach.

Great location: 5 minutes walk from Dhermi Beach. Room was clean and nice. If you want to enjoy Dhermi Beach and are ready to pay more than the usual Albanian prices it is a great place. The staff was responsive and polite. Breakfast was alright, the coffee from the bar was exceptional.

It is not the hotels fault of course but the sea view is almost non existent since there is another hotel in construction. If that thing is finished, no room will have any sea view. So if you can, take the mountain view room if you can. The mountains are gorgeous and you will have plenty of sea views once you are at the beach. You will probably also hear less annoying music coming from the promenade at night.

It is close to the beach, you can use free sunbeds at one section of the beach if you present yourself with the hotel card. The hotel premises are pleasant, the area where the breakfast is served is nice. The hotel staff are very nice.

The breakfast was served on demand, but it often arrived with missing cutlery, juice or coffee, and I had to ask the staff to provide it. Additionally, I noticed staff members smoking while working, which was unprofessional and off-putting.

The room was nice and beautifully designed, which made the stay pleasant in some aspects. Also it was very clean The staff was friendly and offered a late check out

Joint facilities are not looked after by staff, i.e. they were totally not bothered for hours by dirty dishes and thrash on the terrace while they were also taking their time to smoke cigars and drink coffee on that very terrace... nobody bothered to cleaned it up even for their own comfort amd it was daily situation. After overnight storm our beach was also the last one to be cleaned up and ready for guests...
