Staff very friendly and good location.

Poor breakfast, seems there's no soundproof, very noise room.

The smell of the bathroom that filled even the room was unbearable. Hope they fix it soon! We left the windows open for fresh air but the smell was constantly there and not going.

It was a good hotel overall. The beach beds are definitely a big plus, and everything was clean and well-organized. Breakfast was good, with tasty coffee to start the day.

The only downside is the walk to the beach, which goes along the main road without a pavement, so you need to be careful. Apart from that, everything else was very good. The staff were supportive and always ready to help.

Staff was polite and rooms were tidy and clean

It's near the beach and they have their privat beach. The structure is new.

The rooms are small, our bedsheets and towels had some stains and the beds in the beach were pretty dirty too.

The hotel was very close to the beach. The beach was next to the promenade and all other attractions. The breakfast was sufficient. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

It was clean.

I didn’t like the room was very small. Not a good value for money. The bathroom needs a mop when the shower is running the water go everywhere and there’s nothing to clean the floor other than towels

Expensive, service was disappointing

One nice pillow

We booked this “four-star” hotel based on its glowing reviews, but it turned out to be one of the most disappointing — and overpriced — stays we’ve ever had. We paid over $500 USD for two nights expecting a relaxing seaside escape, only to find our “ocean view” completely blocked by a massive construction project. Instead of blue water, we got rubble, scaffolding, and noise. Even without the promise of a sea view, this hotel wouldn’t be anywhere near worth the price. The so-called perk of reserved beach chairs didn’t help — the beach is so overcrowded it’s not even enjoyable. Service was indifferent at best: no greeting, no help with luggage, and no effort to make guests feel welcome. The room was tiny, had broken items, and lacked basic amenities like coffee, tea, or even complimentary bottled water (which I’ve never seen in a supposedly high-end hotel). Between the inflated price, the lack of service, the overcrowded beach, and the blocked view, this hotel is all hype and no substance. Save your money — there are better places to stay in Albania.

Staff was very friendly. They offered early check in. The food was ok, they could have more options though.

Rooms were really small.

The food was good overall but it was the same everyday. The staff was very educated and helpful

the room and the toilet was small. We had 2 days problem with the water and 1 day with the electricity , so i think they need to invest in this part.

Everything in Patio Mare from room service to staff at the bar was exceptional
