Car parking was tight but wouldn't stop us booking again

Everything was great! The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very kind, everything was clean, great sea view, the beach was beautiful, etc.

The environment ,the food.

The rooms was not clean especiallythe bathroom, I did not take pictures cuz we stay 1 night only and I didn't care too much.

The breakfast was very good and the location is great if you want quiet holidays.

Firstly we were greeted by our wonderful host, with such enthusiasm. Our room was lovely and big, with a large balcony and very clean. The breakfast was really good, with hot food, continental cold food, cereal, pastries, pancakes, yoghurt, hot drinks and juices, such a varied selection. The host was always around making sure everything was ok and nothing was too much trouble and the young receptionist was really helpful too. The pool was large enough to cater for everyone, with plenty of sunbeds to go round.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room with a strong musty odor. Additionally, the balcony door lacked any form of locking mechanism, which raised serious concerns regarding safety and privacy. When we approached the reception, the hotel owner was sent to speak with us. He stated that the hotel has been operating for nine years and that no guest had ever complained about the lack of a lock, implying that this was standard practice. Regarding the unpleasant smell in the room, we were offered only an air freshener as a solution. Furthermore, the advertised sea view did not match reality, which added to our disappointment. The following morning, instead of being greeted courteously at breakfast, we were informed that we must vacate the room immediately — despite having paid in advance via Booking.com for a three-night stay. Before our departure, the hotel manager remarked, “I hope you find a hotel like mine,” which we found inappropriate and unprofessional. Due to the lack of hospitality and poor service, we chose to move to another hotel that provided a far better experience and demonstrated genuine care for its guests.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed.

Loved our staying at Hotel Picasso, which is right in front of a beautiful lovely beach in Vlora. The sunbeds are included and luckily for us they were brand new 😊 The breakfast is delicious. The room is super clean and the bed very comfortable. The owners are really very nice people, friendly and welcoming 😊 Will definitely visit again ♥️

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing! Easy access to the beach and plenty of lounge chairs available.

It definitely didn't feel like a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was meager. Water came out of the shower and flooded the bathroom. Parking was limited and narrow. There are several restaurants nearby, but access for baby strollers is problematic.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Family run. Good cleanliness

It takes a while to reach Vlora. But on the other hand that means its not crowded

Perfect hotel. Great people (owners, reception, stuff). We spent 5 days there and we were amazed. (Both adults and daughter). Albania is beautiful.

A really lovely vibe. The hotel has some lovely art work and it's own art gallery which makes it unique. A quiet location with a fantastic view. Extremely well run by a friendly, helpful family. Very good value for money.

We liked everything.

Spotlessly clean. Having the pool and the beach both within two minutes made the holiday really relaxing. Breakfast was good and all of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The sea views and amazing sunsets topped it all off.

What I loved most about this accommodation was how at home and comfortable I felt right away. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly – she gave me lots of great suggestions on things to do in Vlorë, which really made my stay more enjoyable. I originally planned to stay just one night, but because of all the things to see and do in the area, I decided to extend my stay. The location is excellent, giving you easy access in every direction. Having both the pool and the beach right at your doorstep is a huge bonus. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to!
