There was no water in the room or any glasses.. More options for breakfast would have been nice. Water and coffee may be included, considering that breakfast was included in the room reservation price.. Also, the pool was small compared to the capacity and standard of the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at PineHill Hotel in Razëm! The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable with hot tub. Highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Location was great, in the middle of pines which looked to almost reach the sky, facing the famous Razma field. Facilities exceeded my expectations. Staff was quite helpful and accomodating

The swimming pool might have a had a bit more chlorine than it should because it caused us discomfort for our eyes.

The staff was polite and very helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, and the hot tub was totally worth it. The indoor swimming pool was great. The food at the restaurant also great.

What a fantastic place! Run by very hospitable hosts. Rooms are new and spotless. There’s a pool and two kinds of saunas. Breakfast was great. We truly had a very enjoyable time here.

No Air Condition in the rooms, not enough toylet paper in the rooms and when you ask they are not cooerative. No shower gel, no shampoo. First coffee in breakfast is included, if you want another one they charge. No coffee or tea in the rooms. Breakfast is very poor. No hot water in the rooms for a shower in the morning. No value for the amount they charged.

Parking was limited and difficult to access. There was no A/C and it was very hot, so impossible to sleep. The restaurant was average, the one in the hotel opposite was much better.

Breakfast was limited, fixed and the same every day. Fresh juice and speciality coffees cost extra. The indoor pool was good.

In reality it is 3* hotel worth halfe the price. It is even not close to 5*, that is a fake rating even for Albanian standarts. There is no toileteries except shower gel and shmpoon, no coffee/tes facilities in room, bed linen not ironed etc. The breakfast is only from 8:30 (thankfully managed to get coffee from hotel oposit, as in this one everything is closed). Breakfast: tastless omlet, one slice of cheese and couple slices of tomato, cucumber, dry sausage and some oily panckake. If you are vegetarian or have gluten intolerence as we do, so there is practicaly nothing to eat. For coffee they force you to pay extra.

A series of small misses that added up to taint the overall experience. Things like being told that we would have had a better experience if we’d booked a different room, or the fact that the breakfast didn’t include either coffee or even water - hopefully just teething issues! We chose Pine Hill because of the spa, which turned out to be rather more noisy than relaxing (a great facility if travelling as a family!), but if we get the chance to explore these beautiful mountains more in the future, would love to try staying at the Natyral Razma resort.

Breakfast was not what I thought it would be ( for the money that I paid for).Breakfast was served cold .I expected some of the products to be home made( like cheese , milk , jam, honey)Petullat were not nice and were cold( it tasted like elastic). Coffee or tea where not included in the breakfast either.

The hotel was clean, modern and beds very comfortable. Staff were very kind and helpful at all times.The owner welcomed us and was very helpful..The environment was cosy and warm. The pool area was amazing and the facilities around it were relaxing.

The provided breakfast is the same every single day. The hotel has not enough staff for cleaning and providing service during breakfast, that is not a buffet. You have to plan a lot of time for breakfast. Additionally, you have to consider the location in a hill what makes it necessary to always drive down and up a lot of serpentines for 40 min if you want to make a day trip.

The hotel looks great and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable.
