The room was too small. The towels were not clean because tjere were dark spots in them. The breakfast was poor .

The location was exeptional. The staff was very kind.

Wifi was quite limited - it seemed to work in the common spaces, but inside the room the signal was very weak. There is some noise from the boats and bars on the sea-side - if you prefer a quieter room over sea views, you should go for the non-sea view rooms.

The hotel has a fantastic sea view, both from the room balcony as well as from the rooftop terrace. The breakfast is very good and it is served on the rooftop so you can enjoy the beautiful views while eating. The ferry port to Corfu is within a short walk and bus stops to Ksamil and Himare are right around the corner. All staff members are very friendly and welcoming!

Fine for us however if you like it very quiet when sleeping it is quite loud at nights due to being near the pirate ships and bars. No toaster at breakfast and bread required toasting. Breakfast was sometimes cold if you were there later.

Very central location. Clean room and decent bed. Good view for people watching. Breakfast was ok a good mixture of things. Friendly and helpful staff on reception.

Tiny ants. Small room, which we knew ahead of time so can’t really complain. No elevator for 1/2 floor but desk clerk MOST helpful with my suitcase

The only comment I would make is that we were out of season (April) and the breakfast tables were not outside yet. So at times, we had a cramped experience with other guests, as we were all crammed into the small breakfast room. We had to 'eat and go' to make room for other guests rather than take our time.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. Reception staff were wonderful and very helpful, the cleaners and the lady at breakfast, all worked hard in making the hotel a pleasant and relaxing stay, When we arrived I asked for chairs to sit out on the balcony, and 2 arrived almost immediately, they also brought up a brand new airer as they noticed that the other one had broken. We also had an issue with the aircon and maintenance came up to fix it again, almost immediately. We had a sea view room, and watched the fishermen coming and going, we had a safe and fridge in the room, room was quite spacious. Breakfast was sufficient, eggs. cold hams and cheese, pastries and bread etc. The hotel is in a very convenient spot from the port to walk to, nearby restaurants and bars and to catch the bus to Ksamil. There were also money exchanges on the street behind.

It was a bit noisy at night due to bars on the promenade and a party boat that blasted loud music until about 11.00pm but then it left port and it was quiet enough to sleep.

The young woman on reception was very friendly, helpful and professional. Lovely view out on to the bay from my room. The breakfast on the rooftop was very good both in terms of location and what food was on offer.

Location in the town of saranda. Breakfast on the rooftop which is a bar in the evenings, and overlooks the night life. Can be somewhat noisy. So not a location for quietness.

The parking was horrible if you’re going by car, you wont always have the parking space available! Off street parking.

The hotel is beautifully located on the boulevard. The hotel is clean and looks neat. Breakfast is very good. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had a sea view. The staff is very helpful. We didn’t have enough power outlets, but after asking, they arranged a power strip for us. We also received assistance with parking due to the crowds. Definitely recommended.
