Some waiters have no clue about 5 Star ⭐ service, very poor breakfast, very limited choice... Pricing was rather high compared to the quality offered... There was no spa neither gym during our stay despite advertisement... This not a five star hotel ..

- Dining room staff were not friendly or attentive. One morning we asked for a dry omelet for our kids (they don’t eat soft/runny eggs), and the waitress responded rudely. She said “what’s on the buffet is what you get” and walked away 😵‍💫 - At dinner, the fish fillet at the buffet was served cold – not acceptable. I usually prefer buffet-style meals, but in this case the quality was lacking.

My stay at Hotel Priam was not that pleasant. The minibar did not cool the drinks. The internet was quite weak, dinner was late starting from 8-10 pm. The dinner food was served cold and the dinner service was not good. The parking problem was quite a problem because the hotel parking lot was quite small in relation to the capacity it offers.

The staff was very good as was the cleanliness of the hotel.

The bed was uncomfortable the sides of the bed sagged down a lot. Only the middle was comfortable.

Photos slightly misleading as there is only one pool (the one in front of the hotel/by the beach is not owned by the hotel so can’t use it). We were told at check in that for the half board dinner it would either be buffet style in lots of guests or a la carte in the restaurant if less guests. On our first night there was an event on in the main restaurant meaning we had a small buffet as the restaurant was unavailable and there wasn’t many guests. This buffet was a bit disappointing but like I said, the restaurant meal was lovely and buffet would probably have been better when more guests there. Pool toilets could be a bit cleaner.

Lovely room with very comfortable bed. Check in was simple and staff were super friendly. Really good restaurant a la carte dinner with live music included in our half board. Roof top pool was clean and nice, again with friendly staff. Parking was easy in underground car park beneath the hotel, might be difficult when more guests in peak season.

For self proclaimed 5 stars, there really should be bellmen to help unload cars and move luggage. Parking is a toss up, where you may find your car in the lower level garage or on the street. But for luggage you're pretty much on your own to haul your bags up and down. 5 stars denotes an extra level of service, and at this hotel .... NOT! Your baggage is your problem.

Luxurious place with a sunset view. Food on the ground floor is excellent. Likewise poolside on the roof, lsushi and burgers are top notch.

The shower in the room didn’t work unless you held in the button the entire time with your hand. It wasn’t specified that the booking would be paid for in Albanian Lek. The booking.com pictures of the massive pool in-front of the hotel is misleading as this isn’t the property’s private area, this is another resort and if hotel guests want to use this they need to pay extra. This should be indicated on the pictures or the pictures of this pool removed. The breakfast isn’t so nice, and if you go at the latest minute to the breakfast it has been sitting there for a couple of hours. Each morning there was no milk in the coffee machine. The blaring music at all times of the day at the swimming pool doesn’t lend itself to relaxation.

It was clean, has a swimming pool and private beach access. It had nice amenities in the rooms and the location lends itself to viewing amazing sunsets.

The hotel’s own private beach is fine for a quick dip in the sea, but not worth visit again and again. Breakfast does not deliver the high expectations, but still ok.

The overall vibe, room standard, and high standard of the facilities, together with the breathtaking sea view from the Rooftop poolarea and the food and drinks in the Savana Bar Lounge was top for being in Albania. Top stay in Vlorë.

Well the only thing it is the fact that the parking place wasnt big enough because we went out and when we came back it was full and we didnt have where to park our car!

The breakfast was just okay. The selection was very limited. We had a room on the pool side, the music was very loud until 11.45 PM.

It has a private beach, which was very nice. The room was clean and the pool was also nice.

the breakfast wasn't great and was cold. wifi was very poor a bit outside of vlore...taxi costs 10-15€ if you don't drive.

bed was amazing. the view from the rooftop was wonderful.. staff were friendly . Hotel itself was beautiful with a wonderful location. shower was amazing!

Insipid musak that played too loudly in the bar, restaurant and pool area. Shower could have been cleaner. Tiramisu was not as advertised but some pistachio cream affair.

Super views of the Adriatic and a well located for nearby restaurants and bars. Comfortable suite with soft beds and fluffy white towels.

It’s all a bit fake. Everything was fine, restaurant was very pretty but food was not good. We were starving so had no choice as it’s alittle further away from the main drag. The roof top bar however was amazing and had fantastic cocktails. Room was fine, clean and comfortable. But actually thought was quite over priced really.

The breakfast spread was elaborate but most of the savoury dishes were too salty. A 5 star resort should be able to deal with power outages.

Sea facing rooms and iconic lighting creating a vibrant look. Comfy beds. In room amenities and facilities. Complimentary breakfast buffet Pool Special mention about Efi at the reception who was kind enough to upgrade us to better rooms mid way through our stay at the resort.
